We had the pleasure of partnering with the Hampton Inn Poway, for our company holiday party. Dana and the whole staff were very helpful and professional throughout the whole process.. The hotel is well maintained and the location was perfect. The conference room can be separated into 4 spaces or opened into one large area, providing plenty of room for our 120+ guests.. .the hotel rooms are clean and comfortable as well and the group discounts were very affordable.. I would definitely recommend this hotel for either an event or just a comfortable room to relax in

We stayed for a night in our way to San Diego. Here are a few points:
- Warm, welcoming and helpful front desk!
- Clean rooms and good smell.
- conveniently located in the way to San Diego.

Clean, good customer service, free breakfast and close to plaza. Our initial room had an issue with the plumbing but staff promptly switched us to an upgraded room and provided complimentary gift bag of snacks. Very enjoyable stay.

I was impressed at how nice the hotel was. Beautiful lobby, friendly staff, beautiful bedroom and bath. The bed was extremely comfortable. I slept great. And lastly, the complimentary breakfast was more than just muffins. I had a waffle, sausage and an omlet.

This location had at lot to offer: pleasant and helpful staff (especially when I locked my key in my room). Free breakfast that offered a lot of variety, huge, comfortable beds, stocked bathrooms, large showers, in room mini fridge and coffee maker (with coffee and trimmings), free wifi. I have no complains yet!

Best hotel in Poway area but their rates tend to fluctuate. Staff is very helpful and they do a nice complimentary breakfast so that is worth the extra cost of staying there.

Great hotel and clean. The staff is very nice and they make you feel at home which is what we all want when we're away from home. There's nothing like that feeling when you first open that door to your room and the nice fresh scent of clean and your welcome to a great night sleep after a long business meeting follow by a conference.
To the staff you guys have done an amazing job at upholding the highest standards to this Hampton Inn great smiles and nice presentation.

Overall, a reasonable place to stay.
My room was pretty old and outdated. Stains on furniture, etc. Apparently the rooms on the 3rd floor have all been renovated. So try to get up there if you stay here.
Breakfast was nice for a day, but not enough variety to be enjoyable the whole week.response / report this review -

Overall the place is convenient for the area although there is no restaurant at the hotel or within walking distance so you have to hop in the car and drive somewhere. The Ottoman had a stain on it otherwise the place was clean. Lots to choose from for breakfast. Coffee options with to-go cups. Fruit in a basket to go also.
