Every experience I have had here has been over the top amazing. The staff here is so thoughtful and kind. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are very clean and well kept. It is in a good area with plenty of excellent eating and shopping near by. Definitely my top choice to stay in the area.

On the positive side, the staff was extremely polite and friendly. Unfortunately, that was the only pleasant part of our stay. Upon arrival we were overwhelmed by the smell of chlorine which permeated the 1st floor. Our room was clean, but smelled musty and felt damp. The heat was either off, or on full blast so that our choice was to freeze or roast. We stayed for 2 nights and had no housekeeping services. On the second night, the room above us had a party that didn't end until sometime after 5am. We went to the front desk to complain and were told that there was nothing that could be done. REALLY???!!! We didn't get any sleep that night and went to our event VERY tired. We were told that the manager would make it up to us although we never saw or spoke with the manager. What we wanted was a good night's sleep. Over all, the hotel was not up to the standards that we have come to expect from Marriott. It was more reminiscent of a Motel 6. Next time we will find someplace else to stay.

The room was really great. It was clean when I arrived. The staff were courteous and friendly and professional. I always enjoy Marriott's complementary breakfasts. There are so many options, the food is good, and the staff are on top of things.

Rooms are small, room was musty smelling. They indicated they would upgrade us to another room & then offered in room options different than our requirements. I'm a football player, big guy, the toilet facilities are sized to accommodate small people, miserable. Beds were hard. Breakfast was good. Hot tub wasn't working. Very tight & limited parking area.

I would give zero stars if I could. My room was filthy the first day I arrived I should have left immediately. But against my better judgement I stayed. There was sticky stubstances on the floor throughout my entire stay. The room smelled like some moldy wet towels that weren’t moved for weeks. The bed was occasionally made, but never consistently. On top of it all, there was bed bugs in my bed. I recorded a video and showed the manager and he said sorry and quickly refunded my room. That was nice, but that doesn’t change the bed bug bites all over my body, the trouble I had to go to to get out of the hotel immediately and find a new place to stay as well as a place to disinfect all my belongings. In addition to the possibility of bringing the bed bugs home or infecting others and the mental block I now have for staying in hotels. NEVER AGAIN.

Rooms were clean but slightly dated. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.
The rates were fair. I had originally intended on staying at the Hampton next door, but the rates here were much lower. They like to give you lots of free chocolates, I can say that.
I used the pool and hot tub a lot. Never busy, lots of room.
Although my room did not have a view, the rockies are very very close to the hotel and we're amazing to see. I would recommend a room facing the front of the hotel.
I would stay here again if I were in the area.response / report this review -

Great hotel, very comfortable beds and in a good location. Sammy at the front is awesome and hooked me up with a better room. I'd definitely stay here again. Oh and the chocolate chip cookies up front are 👍

The hotel was easily accessible from the freeway and checkin was relatively simple. Pleasant person at the desk. The room was on the small side but clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was almost impossible because of the tiny breakfast room space. Very small, uninviting area with few tables. The biggest problem with the hotel is its color schemes. Our room was a combination of bright orange and lemon yellow with a burnt orange, patterned carpet. Very stressful colors! Definitely needs a new paint job.

We only stayed one night and was able to enjoy the continental breakfast. The food for breakfast was much better than other places I stayed at. The beds were soft and comfortable to sleep in.

I would rather stay in a youth hostel with bed bugs then stay here again. Only to be woken up at 2 am with a loud screeching and grinding noise that was constant. When called down to the front desk was told "oh yeah they are doing construction". It was like something out of My Cousin Vinnie. They did give me a new room on the other side the hotel but no warning at all. I could have paid a lot less and gotten a good night sleep!

The access was great the room was fantastic, great bed. My wife and I really loved our stay and the service was fantastic, could not have asked for more. Thanks for a great stay Ann's friendly staff.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very professional and courteous. We only stayed one night but the beds were comfortable and the free breakfast food was very good.
