I've stayed at many many Hampton Inns. But, I have never seen a more perfect breakfast, at a Hampton Inn. They have a 99% rating on the wall and I swear I cannot see where they lost that 1%. The staff was so sweet and friendly throughout the entire property. If I'm ever in the area again, this is where I would stay. It's clean, well staffed and we had absolutely no complaints.

Had an excellent experience at this hotel this weekend. It was extremely clean, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff were knowledgeable and able to recommended parks and restaurants nearby when we asked. My room was clean, relaxing, and quiet.
We had an early flight on our arrival date and arrived at the hotel at 10:30 am, far earlier than the listed 3pm check-in. The receptionist, Viviana, very understanding and sweet, and was able to get us into our rooms at 12:30 which was wonderful. On our check-out date, we weren't to be at the airport until 6pm, much later than the listed 12pm check-out time. Since we do not have a car and cannot go anywhere to pass the time, this was somewhat problematic. However, the receptionist, a gentleman named Tim, was very understanding and helpful, allowing us to check-out a few hours later at 2pm so we wouldn't have to wait as long in the lobby.
If I come back to Charlotte in the future, I would happily stay here again because of the excellent customer service, relaxing experience, and lovely rooms.response / report this review -

Great pet friendly hotel!! Super clean, super clean for a dog friendly hotel. Most smell dirty and aren't as clean as this one! Very impressed! Slept great! Beds were comfy, bathrooms were very clean, kids and family enjoyed It! Definitely one of our better stays at a pet friendly hotel!👍👍

The bathrooms don't have fans, so the shower steam sets off the room's fire alarm as soon as the bathroom door is opened. I reported it to the front desk the next morning, and the response was "yeah, that happens in all the rooms. It's okay just as long as you aren't on fire." Otherwise, it's a very nice hotel. Breakfast is great and varied, the rooms are nice and clean, and most of the staff are very pleasant and helpful. There was even a rubber ducky in the bathroom, but unfortunately no bathtub (just a shower stall).

Here now. We do a lot of traveling and this place has the friendliest staff we have ever seen. Kid friendly, very polite, they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Thanks for our great stay. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great hotel! If I had to give constructive feedback, the air conditioner was difficult to control (only heat, cool, or fan settings instead of the ability to set it to one temperature and forget). Breakfast could use some added bacon haha!

We've stayed at this location multiple times over the last few years and have never been disappointed. Great staff, accommodations and access to restaurants and freeway. All around a great place to stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
