Nice place to stay love the staff only thing is no complimentary coffee or water I would stay again but other chains with complimentary offers would be priorty

Nice hotel, clean, pleasant staff, great for family and business. Area is also close to great restaurants and shops. Would return again.

Only 1 night into a 4 night stay. So far everyone has been friendly and helpful. The room is one of the nicer hotel rooms I have stayed in. So far I only have 2 complaints. The bed is way too firm for my preference, and we are currently next to a stairwell. It got kind of loud last night and some strange sounds coming from what I believe was water pipes on occasion.

this should be a four star - i have stayed in five stars that were not as accommodating as this hotel. My wife, daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter and grandson stayed here over the weekend for a wedding and the staff were so accommodating, friendly and wonderful. Breakfast was home cooked and the beds were very comfortable - what a wonderful place and truly a beautiful part of Charlotte. Granddaughter loved the pool and got free band aids from the manager who took time out of her schedule to check on us - this is a great place!!!

This is a clean modern Courtyard Marriot that is close to an office park, the proximity alone is worth the premium you pay to stay at this location. The rooms are not incredibly large, but they are well maintained. The staff is more than courteous, they are very friendly.

The rooms were very clean and had a lot of space. All the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful with anything that was needed. There are plenty of restaurants close to the hotel.

I came here very late one night, arriving around 2am, after driving 6 hours and was exhausted. So my review is purely based on the following basics: comfort, noise and cleanliness. I didn't watch TV, I didn't eat at the Bistro, work out or swim. I arrived, went to my room, slept, woke up, showered and left. So why 4 stars? Simple, the AC system was bad. It was set to 67 when I got to my room but it felt nothing like it. I set it to 66 and the difference was negligible. I slept fine but not nearly as comfortable as I would have liked or expected. The next morning, as I was leaving, I saw a stack of papers that stated they were overhauling their AC system. Guess they heard enough about it and were already in process to fix it. Great. So if I stayed a few weeks later I'd give them a 5 star rating. I didn't, so they get 4

Absolutely loved my "staycation" here! Staff were friendly, rooms very clean and well appointed, the pool and jacuzzi were very nice! Definitely would recommend and we will stay again!

Comfy beds. A heating with a fan that stays on all the time. Food isn't very good, but I'm told breakfast is great. Found a monstrous cockroach crawling on the wall my first night. Hotel staff came and took care of it, explained that it's the rain causing them to come inside, and that they aren't normally found in the hotel. Still Gross!

We were a little disappointed that the hotel is tucked into a side street facing a gas station. Since it is located in Ballantyne and just across the highway from the Ballantyne resort, we were expecting a nicer location. That was the only disappointment. Most of the staff was very friendly & courteous. The room was rather small compared to other hotels, but it was the same as all Courtyard Marriott rooms. It was very clean & comfortable. Check out wasn't until noon so we happily slept in & enjoyed a leisurely morning. The Starbucks coffee in the lobby bistro was an added bonus.
