Perfect place to stay if on business, shopping trip or just need a sanity-to-yourself break. The rooms are nicely equipped with a swivel tv and cozy seating/lounge area. You have a kitchen area with a stovetop and microwave as well as and island with built in mini fridge. This is def great place to relax.

Great sleeping bed! A real and fulfilling breakfast-yummy french toast. Design of the room makes it feel like home. Best of all - GREAT customer service. Enjoyed my stay and will return.

Room was nice and spacious. We enjoyed the large sitting area with couch. Floor wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Breakfast was delicious but closes too early.

We spent 5 hours driving from DC to Raleigh, finally we arrived around 5:00 PM, Hyatt did not let us check. I asked why, Wendy from front desk said they there is no room available yet. I told her that the confirmation says check in at 3:30 and check out at 12:00 PM, she said she does not care because that is no guarantee. So I finally got a room at 9:30 P.M. I have been staying in too many hotels but this is first time I experienced this. I am very reasonable if they short of staff and I can wait but having attitude toward your customer, this is very bad. Remember that I am not asking for shelter, I paid $150/night, so treat us at least with some decency.

really great little hotel, nice rooms very spacious compared to other hotels I've stayed at for a similar price. I like the sofa and the desk and the modern look.

Loved my suite. Nice sitting room with a comfy sectional. TV was on a swivel so you could see it easily from couch or bed.

Clean hotel. Very good breakfast in the morning. Rooms were clean and comfortable but no microwave. Bathroom was too small. Overall a decent to nice hotel, it wasn't run down or shabby but has room for improvement. Staff was nice. The elevators suck, especially when arriving to the first floor. I hated those elevators more than anything else.

I usually love Hyatt Place hotels. This one is pretty like always and the rooms are nice, but our room had water start pouring out of the bathroom fan at 6am. The staff doesn't seem to care that much, we haven't yet talked to the manager. I'll update later if I can. I'd still recommend this hotel.

Comfortable beds. Nice outdoor pool. Really good hot breakfast. Rooms were spacious. Stayed with 4 kids and my wife and plenty of room for all of us.

The location was great and easy to find. The room I saw was kind of small compared to most hotel rooms. But to each his own. The front desk wasn't very welcoming but I wasn't trying to have much to do with them but a simple "good evening when I walk through the doors would have been nice. Overall, 4/5.

The Hyatt Place n. Raleigh was a nice hotel for our stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. We had an issue with the a/c unit but it was quickly resolved. The breakfast is pretty much your average hotel breakfast which was fine for us. We also visited their bar and they had great options for beer and wine, as well as small desserts and snacks. Overall a great place with lots of good food options nearby.

5 star pending. Matt was so amazing that I asked his name again to double check. When you get okay service, you forget it. When you get superb service, you forget to make it known. Matt was superb.
He made sure my fiance (who lives across the country) and I had one king size bed, as opposed to the two twins we were offered. He met all our needs in one call. He put me on hold to make sure our room was perfect, and it sounds like it is!
