    The room was NASTY, someone had been smoking in it -1st off, secondly - It was filthy! I've been at some seriously "poorly rated hotels" that were MUCH cleaner! Their provided brochure for the area's food-delivery was also inaccurate: (Not such a big deal, but It would-have come in handy to know-= BEFORE I was ready for bed & the pizza place was incapable of driving 5+ miles, to the Inn) I didn't dare touch the remote-control in fear of some sort of unknown virus I mat receive. I don't recommend it. That's it!

    We got kicked out of the baymont (read my other review) We were repeatedly denied by all the other hotels until we went here. CINDY, the front desk lady was one of the only hotel front desk receptionists that I think actually like people. We told her our story and she offered us the KING SUITE on the top floor for $220. Sure it was expensive, but we were desperate after driving from Atlanta for 5 hours and nearly sleeping in the rental we said yes. THE ROOM WAS WORTH THE MONEY. HUGE bed was super COMFY. Nice couch, very very clean, Large kitchen, rotatable tv, so can watch from bed. Huge closet and safe, big shower, clean bathrooms lobby smelled great. DEFINITELY GO HERE!!!

    Very nice hotel for a weary traveler. Clean lobby and rooms. Bed was comfortable and suite was very spacious and affordable. The bathroom could use an update. In the morning the complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Food was hot and fresh. Great spot I would recommend to anyone driving that way.

    Beautiful facility. Front desk staff very helpful. Power outage that night July 8, 2017. Guests appeared excessively upset. Not such a big deal.

    The room was very clean and was very comfortable. The breakfast was a pretty standard for a complimentary breakfast. The food area was well stocked and very clean as well. The dining area was a little more relaxing the most hotels.

    For the following problem(s):
    Key card, every time to get in the room,three, four, five key swipes. slow, pause, fast, lift up, twist. eventually the door would accept

    What did we do to exceed your expectations with your problem?

    I tried several times initially, knowing sometimes there are issues but how frustrating is it to check in from a long trip, get all they way up to your room then the key doesn't work. Just to be sure, I tried again, no luck. Third time, fourth time. pause mumble under breath. try once more just out of spite. denied. Proceed to carry my luggage back down to the lobby. The Front desk attendant asks "are you sure?" I say "pretty sure it wouldn't let me in." He says "ever since the hurricane, we have had problems with these."

    He exceed my expectations by escorting me back up to the room.

    Thankfully, when we got there, his new key did not work either (you know what I mean by thankfully). "Denied!" I scream Inside "YES!! I TOLD YOU this s#*^ isn't working! (still inside)" Second time, still no luck. My smile grows as he reassures me it should be working. He mentions again the hurricane and how it messed everything up. Finally, the door gives in and the green light flashes.

    After the initial claim to the desk and resolution provided, I knew future entry issues were eminent however, there had to be certain trick. A trick I could master to gain room access on the first swipe. But every time, swipe after swipe after swipe I was defeated. At one point I even practiced form, style and swipe presentation in attempt to identify the swipe trick.

    no luck. every time. 3-5 swipes. Next time Hampton. I will master the swipe

    Easy on and off I95 for travelers, nice roomy king room, breakfast pretty good for hotel food. Note:. One more exit South puts you in city limits where they can sell alcoholic drinks on Sunday. Also near mall and several fast food establishments and restaurants! However this is a very nice mid level hotel, clean rooms and very accessible.
