Stayed here everytime my family is driving back to NYC from Florida. Always a good experience with no glaring issues. Workers are nice and helpful while rooms are clean and decorated well.

Easy to find hotel. Clean spacious room. Love they have a Keurig in the room. Breakfast was good & fresh, esp the biscuits as they have them individually wrapped in parchment paper instead of sitting out & getting dry. The breakfast ladies were delightful, sweet & helpful w smiles! This always stands out to me since we have encountered some breakfast ladies at other hotels who just make u feel like you're in their way. These two were even kind to my kiddos. Great job! 😀 Wish I had gotten their names.

This place is very clean and we'll kept. I got a good night sleep on a very comfortable bed and pillows. What i loved the most is the condition of the bathroom and floor, they were spotless that give comfort and peace of mind. I really enjoyed my stay and I'll recommend everyone passing through to stay here

On our way to Florida from NY, decided to stay here. WONDERFUL! Staff is so friendly, very clean and a great breakfast! Tons of stuff in area too shopping, food etc. We will be staying again on our way home.

Very nice hotel. Clean. Looks fairly new or recently renovated. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard for a HI Express but is pretty good and a nice extra for a family that is travelling. Definitely would stay there again and recommend to others!

The hotel is currently being renovated so the main lobby is in a bit of disarray. That being said, the impact is minimal. They've done a good job to keep things moving while renovating. The staff has been very friendly and willing to go out of their way to get me what I need. The breakfast is standard cheap cafeteria food but there are good options like HB eggs, scrambled, become/sausage, etc. Even gluten free bagel were available. Could use more veggies, though. The room was clean and week stocked. Overall a decent place to stay.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are new and SUPER clean (don't have to worry about that stinky wet carpet smell that most hotels have). Renovations are being constructed in the fitness room and the indoor pool so they were both closed. I would recommend that you ask for a room on either the 2nd or 3rd floor, because of the construction on the 1st floor. Other than that, I promise you won't be able to find not one single complaint about this hotel.

I like that they renovated the hotel but the 1st floor of the hotel is still being worked on. My room was beautiful but I found hair in the bathroom and it was not my families makes me wonder about the beds. There is a pool but it was closed for maintenance. My view out my window is of the new addition.. it was a mess oh and all this for a whopping 168.00 with tax. I will be sleeping on top of the bed tonight.

Currently renovating! Pool and workout center are CLOSED. Construction on first floor--very LOUD. New rooms are nice/clean. Front desk nice, but not overly helpful. Would have been nice to be put up in a room AWAY from construction and elevator--asked but "nothing" was available. Also asked when construction starts in the morning. Was told 9:00amactually started 7:00am. Discount on room would have been nice since the amenities I paid for are unavailable and NOT posted on their website.

Booked this hotel for my family because of its great reviews, especially regarding its pool and hot tub, as we were returning from a hot week in Orlando. I was surprised to find that this hotel is undergoing significant planned renovations and that the pool and hot tub are closed for the foreseeable future, facts not disclosed on the hotel’s website when families book rooms at full price. When I expressed my concerns to the front desk staff, I was told I could drive down the road to another IHG property and use another pool or simply leave and check into another hotel. Customers are unhappy when service doesn't meet advertised expectations. It's far worse when hotel management knows in advance that the services advertised on their website can't and won't be delivered, while still charging full prices. As of 6-26-2017, hotel management and IHG have been made aware of this problem, and the website has not been updated.

The room was great! Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was awesome as well. A little far back from 95 compared to the other hotels but well worth it.
