The last working the night shift was so sweet and have me a second blanket when I asked. Unfortunately they were all out if extra pillows. The suite was nice and big too.

We've stayed here once before and came back because we weren't disappointed. The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is delicious with lots of variety, and the employees are pleasant. We'll be back for sure.

The staff is very courteous, willing to help guest with any problem..Their Breakfast in the morning is awesome and if you are ever there, ask for Caroline in the breakfast area and she will help you accommodate with whatever u need. ( Tell her Cathy sent you) The rooms are very clean, clean bathrooms, cable tv w HBO, guest laundry room, exercise room, executive office w computer for that person who needs quiet time to do their work outside their rooms. Swimming pool w hot tub. Its location is directly off interstate 95 and I-20..Also located near mall and Florence civic center for all your enjoyment, shopping and entertainment.

Very spacious and clean room. Nicely decorated lobby for the holidays. The breakfast area offered many fresh choices and was immaculate and the ladies in charge of the area were very friendly and helpful. This was a very good Hampton Inn to stop in.

The beds were great, the rooms were clean. Giving a 4 because they started cleaning up the breakfast are at 830 and she wouldn't restock, and the sausage was cold. Everything else was pretty much on point.

We were on our way down to Florida to restore power for hurricane Irma, and had a problem with our online reservation..
The staff at the front desk bent over backwards for us and even offered advice on other hotels when we had met their limit of rooms.

Great overnight stay! Checked in on a very rainy night Jimmy behind the desk was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us! Jamil was also there and he too was very helpful. Jimmy and Jamil are a great asset to Hampton Inn and I hope they get rewarded for their work!
Rooms are VERY NICEupdated beautifully!

The rooms were standard/nice dvd exactly what I expected. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful though, going as fast to make recommendations for dinner and letting us store our bags after check out while we worked on our car. If you're staying in Florence, this is an excellent option.

Staff are all wonderful and friendly. Hotel is upgraded and VERY nice clean as well. Breakfast was pretty good too. This is my 3rd time staying here and I'll definitely be back.
