They don't give an option less than one star! No hot water, broken phone and broken remote. We had to take a shower in another room. It was 10 rooms away. We asked to be moved. It fell on deaf ears and the innkeeper never offered a refund. Run away and keep running. Go to the Quality Inn!

So, I stayed here for a few hours. When I booked online, it said it would not charge my card. When I arrived, it charged it. I asked for a reversal because I paid in cash. The next morning, no reversal had been done. In fact my card had been charged twice. So for a room that was $72.80, I actually had paid $218.40. So one of the young ladies went above and beyond to do the two reversals. So, I got one back and had to call corporate to get the other one. I received that one back too. So when I checked my balance, they had charged me again. So this meant I was paying $145.60. This guy said it was correct but it's not. So basically the young lady that checked me in kept my cash because I find out she circled credit on my receipt that she kept from and circled cash on mine. Wow, I will never stay here again 😠😠😠😠😠

I give them 5 stars for having a heart and taking us and our pets in while evacuating from hurricane Irma after the jerks at the Quality Inn messed up our reservation. Thank you for helping an exhausted family from Tampa out after being on the road all day and exhausted.

It deserves a zero star. This place is filly, and smells like trash. We are on our way back from Tampa two days before Hurricane Irma will impact FL. NO ROOMS WERE available for about 100 miles along I95. We checked in at this place late. The room we got is very dirty and it felt like that no one had used the room for long time. There is no comforter on the bed, just a cover sheet. I would never stay at another Days Inn again.

This room was dirty and smelled, hair in bathtub, no trash can liners, stains on comforters, stains in drawers, overall so disgusting i checked in and right back out, 1st sign should have been when receptionist referred to the owner as very cheep when it came to the breakfast she was describing which consisted of cereal 2 kinds and apples she stated no bananas bc owner is cheep. I thought hmm bananas are cheep too. I would not recommend staying here especially when you let front desk know and they give you an attitude bc you want to check out of filth and let her know that for some reason the smoke detector is wrapped in plastic . also room was almost 100 dollars way to high for someone to cheep to purchase can liners and replace very old stained blankets and comforters and provide a decent place and breakfast for the cost of the roomsorrry not so sorry she was not getting my hard earned money .

Clean up service terrible, windows dirty, stain on comforter then when replaced it had a burnt space on it, maids threw away my personal soap, no trash can liners and toilet was stopped up, I had to call a few times. Freezer needed defrosting, ice machine was broke our whole stay. I slept on top of the covers. I was not comfortable. I was there for my family reunion and this is the motel chosen. Bad choice!!! I will never stay there again. Motel manager Ms Patel was not friendly or helpful. I should have taken pictures. The rooms look nothing like the website it brochures. We had a smoking room, no ash trays and burnt marks on tub and counter tops.

Breakfast limited, and for 3 days there's no butter for toast. Guess they're saving money on bread.

I used to work there until the "owner/manager" fired me on the spot bc I had a family emergency and needed shelter for my family to avoid any tragedy. I wasn't able to pay right then and there but I had intentions of paying for the room when I received my check. Well needless to say she kicked out me and my then 5 month old daughter to the streets, fired me, then when I did get my check the next week the evil woman took $150.00 from my check!! I only stayed up there for 2 nights!! I could tell you some major things that went on up there. But I'll let you find out for yourself!! It won't be hard to spot!! Just don't expect much from the place.

Do Not Stay. No breakfast was ever available. No one was ever at the front desk for assistance. Second night there key did not work due to stay not entered more than a 1 night stay even though it was prepaid for 3 nights . Getting extra towels was like asking for money. Found a dirty wash cloth left on the shower curtain rod and second day didn't leave a floor mat for the bathroom. No trash bags ever left for any trash cans and no hand soap. Upon trip home stopped to take medication only to find one bottle completely gone. It was a prescription medication that was never kept out in the open. All medication was left closed in an overnight bag. Was taken from the bag! Called the hotel and spoke to the manager who was no help or acted like they didn't care. Called customer care at the 800 number, she took the report and we were told we would receive a call in approximately 1 week. Will never stay at a days inn at any location again. Was in sc for the race and plan on returning again, will stay at exit 164 but not at a days inn!!!
