The staff was friendly, and the rooms were very clean. There seemed to be ample parking for all the guests, the lot was not completely full. The rooms did seem small for a double queen with 3 adults and a child. This was the best value I saw in chain hotels in this vicinity.

Revived my faith in LaQuinta. I at two other properties towards the end of summer, and I walked away with my faith in the brand shaken. I also vowed to no longer spend my money at the chain. Those negative thoughts were quickly changed with my last stay at the LaQuinta Inn & Suites Westminster Pro.
The staff are very professional, intelligent, very well trained, courteous, patient, well mannered, and attentive to the needs of their guests. I was treated very respectfully and looked in the eye as I was addressed appropriately. They made me feel important!
The rooms are nice, roomy and clean. And the cleaning staff are thorough, quick and effective. Thank you all for the pleasant stay,!

From the time we pulled up we wondered if we had made the right choice. The landscaping was very unkept. Once inside it seemed fine until we looked around at the small details it was not the best hotel I've stayed in. Stuff smeared on the walls and stickers left on the mirror. All but one of the staff we encountered lacked customer service. They did not smile or come across as welcoming. More like we were an inconvenience to them. Say one breakfast was great. Day 2 the waffle maker didn't cook the waffles all the way. At least the A/C worked like a boss!

Friendly staff, reasonable accommodations for the price. Motorcycle friendly!! The staff allowed me to park my bike right out front under the cover for two days with no complaint. If the breakfast had been a bit better this would have been 5 stars. Breakfast is coffee, juice, cold muffins, bagels, boiled eggs, yogurt, waffles. Basic but gets the job done even if it may not be worth writing home about.

It looks newly renovated but still has some work to do. Rooms are big. Pool and hot tub is nice. I do wish they had more options for breakfast but for the price it's a great deal. Very good location!
