I was there to cater a private dinner in one of the rooms. The staff was very very helpful and got me everything I needed that was not already in the room. They helped me bring my equipment up and down as well. Great experience as a vendor.

Location is incredible. Pool and gaming/bar area a great. Rooms are small and lobby is lacking, but overall, a fantastic resort.

Great staff so far, great service from everyone assisting me checking into my room, bell staff, room service staff However, when I checked into my room I noticed tons of icky greasy kid hand prints all over one of the windows, and the room service menu and other publications in the room were written/scribbled on by kids not a deal breaker, but just makes me wonder how clean the rooms are if they miss these things. especially during down season (there is no snow right now). yikes.

Also— phone in my room had the wrong room number on it, caused a little confusion. And the “lights off” button near the bed doesn’t work— it’s stuck will ask to have this fixed tomorrow

Before you book here make sure there aren't any events being held on the same days. I ran a Park City trail marathon and was beat so I needed a good night sleep. A wedding reception was being held in the ballroom (inside!) several floors below and the music was so loud I could hear it clearly from in my room. And anyone else not at the reception had the same problem. After asking them to turn the music down a little bit there was no change.
I suggest if they want a room for bands to play in, they look in to sound proofing, starting with better glass. When you pay over 1 K per night for a room I expect some peace and quiet and not an experience similar to living in a cheap apartment with horrible neighbors.
What really bugs me is that our complaints were ignored and there was a total lack of thought for how their actions would effect others.

Honestly, this has to be the nicest hotel in Utah. I know of no others that are nicer. Incredible attention to detail, rooms are amazing, great views and food. I highly recommend.

Montage is a really awesome place. I'm a condo owner their and it's wonderful. The staff really goes overboard to make your stay wonderful. There are so many activities to do their, like archery, snow tubing, badminton, s'mores, swimming, hiking, and so much more. Really a wonderful place.

They have created a problem for themselves by setting their room rates so unreasonably high. It creates an expectation the montage simply fails to measure up to. I could delineate a myriad of reasons, but I'll candidly state instead, "It isn't worth the money." The location is spectacularly beautiful. But God did that, not the montage. If you want true a 4 or 5 star hotel experience, stay elsewhere, like the Grand America in SLC. The montage is for people with more dollars than sense.

The staff is well trained and responsive to the demands of the guests. Both restaurants in the hotel provide great offerings for discerning palates. The night one s'mores are a fun activity to do as night falls. Finally the pianist makes for a warm evening while enjoying the cocktail or spirit of your choosing.

Amazing hotel and amazing staff in an amazing location. If there were more stars I would give them, but 5 is the tops. There is nothing bad about this place at all. If you can swing it, it is worth the trip.

I visited the resort for the Gold Rush Rally 2017. I was never able to go inside, but was just wandering around the outside looking at all of the nice cars that were attending the event. There was an instance where my good friend needed to use the restroom during the show, and the doorman rudly said he couldn't because he was not a guest. Nothing too bad to get upset about, but a little off putting. Other than that, it was great to look outside.

The Montage is the nicest hotel I have had the opportunity to visit. The staff are fantastic and I feel like I am the only guest when we visit. The food is amazing and the building is beautiful. One of my favorite times of year is our visit to the Montage.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with two gentleman at the door. Beautiful property and lovely staff inside the property. Had to wait a rather long time for my car and when I got my car I received an attitude. However, we love your property overall and for the price tag I feel no one should display any bad attitudes. Please brush up on the bellman services. Thanks so much.

Location is great, terrific views and easy ski in ski out. Staff help take of your boots and put away your skis. Text customer service and they'll pick you up anywhere in Park City (town). Rooms are super nice, and the facilities are great. The spa is amazing, they have a pool and hot tub. In the summer they have archer y, and in winter tubing. 5 stars.
