The staff was ABSOLUTELY helpful to me! My husband had morning classes (Reason for trip). They watched my little one run around while I fixed our breakfast- I didn't have to ask!👶 They just knew (Motherly Instinct👩). They helped me by making my coffee ☕bc my hands were full and offered to carry the tray 🍴to our room! I would've let her, but she was already SO HELPFUL! And when we'd come down just to roam, they have themed ducks in a bowl for the hotel guest. This little upcoming toddler has about 6 duckies 🐥from the ladies back home (SC)! They definitely made our half-week stay in Pittsburgh a memorable experience!🏨
    Thank You! 🙌🙌🙌

Standard hotel experience. Nice pillows, comfy beds. It was nice having a restaurant (Outback Steakhouse) 15 steps away from the entrance to the hotel considering how cold it was outside the weekend I was there.

It's new, so it's a welcome change from the older, tired Hamptons. A word of warning, though. Lacking an ice maker in their kitchen, the staff preps for breakfast using the guest ice maker on the first floor. At 5:00 am, making a huge racket. Additionally, the laundry is also on the first floor, directly across from guest rooms. The laundry staff starts their shift at - you guessed it - 5:00 am, and they blast their music while they're working. If you're an early riser, it's fine, but if you don't want to be woken up at 5:00 am, request another room if they book you into any of the first floor rooms to the right of the elevator.

When we checked out, we let the front desk person know of the noise. She was aware of it, but said the staff is normally instructed not to start their shift until 5:30 am. She was very professional, and we don't have any real complaints. They just should not put guest rooms next to staff areas, and/or they should only fill them if there are no other rooms available.

Easy to get to right off 376. Friendly, attentive staff. Very nice decor and the rooms are very nice! Comfy beds, 2 types of pillows and a HUGE flat screen TV! Close to restaurants. Small but adequate fitness center. Pool but no hot tub. Another great Hampton!

The only qualm I had with this place is the accessibility. The entrances are not easily found and there aren't really any signs directing you which way to go traffic wise. The service at the restaurant was pretty great though. My Dairy allergy was taken very seriously and our waiter consulted the cooks on multiple dishes for me, multiple times. In the end I had two very delicious drinks, some dry rub wings which were deep fried to perfection. I had actually never had dry rub wings before so I was pleasantly surprised when they didn't just taste like grease. They were coated in breading and a ton of spices. I even made my boyfriend eat one I was so impressed. (I don't often share food). I would definitely recommend this place! :)

    super experience!
We ended up having to stay there when a loved one was in the hospital across the street (bad weather). They made the stay so stress free and enjoyable! The staff was AMAZING in every single department, especially the morning breakfast crew. .The front desk staff was wonderful. The rooms were very nice and the whole hotel was extremely clean. My only suggestion is that they hire a lifeguard for the pool. (the pool area was exceedingly nice and clean as well.) The breakfast (free!) was amazing with tons of choices. The whole atmosphere was just fantastic.
