I stayed at this Holiday Inn for one night- and trust me that was enough. While I will say it was one of the nicest Holiday Inn’s I’ve ever stayed at (I do travel a lot for work) the service was the ABSOLUTE WORST. I had a maintenance worker come in my room completely unannounced when I was about to get in the bathtub, TWO HOURS before I was due to checkout. When I went to check out, I was told there was no manager on duty by the front desk personnel (I guess they were all just just running amuck at 10 o’clock in the morning) and the front desk attendant asked if he could help me. When I told him what happened, he was very dismissive and sent me on my way. I expect a level of privacy when I stay at a hotel. After this experience, I will be staying at the Marriott line of hotels, they are competent enough to give their guests privacy and comfort.

The hotel was initially hard to find because of poor sign placement. The rooms where great for the price including a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and television. There is a restaurant in the lobby that has a continental breakfast buffet and also serves dinner and alcohol. The overall stay was great.

This hotel should not be rated as a 3-star hotel. The elevator going up to our room smelled like moth balls. The room smelled like feet and funk. The bathroom was terribly small and the tub looked dirty. The heater made this loud noise as it went on and off. We ended up turning the heat off just to get some sleep. Check out time was 11:00Housekeeping came knocking on the door at 8:15 and said "Oh you're still here." Then she came back at 9:15 knocking on the door. At this point I was completely annoyed. I understand you want to get your job done and clean the rooms but if check out time is 11:00do not keep knocking on the door. Or at least coordinate with the front desk on who has checked-out and who is still checked-in. And usually, breakfast is free, however this hotel charged $8.99 per adult. Kids were free.

My cousins just recently stayed there a month ago. The bed sheets were horrible. There was hair still on the sheets. They were given a clean set of sheets and had to,pay them on themselves. There was a dirty coffee cup in the bathroom. And only half of a toilet roll. They were promised a free breakfast but ended up having to pay for it. They did report this to the manager. But they don't recommend anyone to stay here over night.

Ok hotel is pretty good, but please I beg you don't eat or drink at the bar here. If she worked for me I would have fired her in the first 5 min. Asked me 5 times what I wanted on my pasta, told her chicken, so what you think happened when I got it, I got 20 noodles with no chicken. And the wait for a beer I think my head got more grey hairs waiting on service.

I understand that not all hotels provide breakfast, but when the lobby has a crappy sign that says "free coffee only 6:30-9:30am" that is a huge turn off as a business person.
Clean that area off after the complimentary coffee so I wouldn't even know it was there beyond those hours
Unfortunately I had a toilet that constantly ran plus a strange piece of card board left in my tub - I was only spending one night, so it wasn't worth my time to complain & get a new room.
Word of advice to your staff - if you ask a guest if they have a pick of floor for room, even if they don't care where their room is located, don't give them the room directly across from the ice machine (I've worked in hotels - that is asking for complaints and you obviously have a choice of rooms since you asked me)

No complaints. My husband got sick and they were more than willing to help me. Most hotels would not have been so nice about it.

Most of the housekeeping DOES NOT clean the rooms, they only make the beds and replace the towels most of the time. Some days they don't even do that. I stayed in this hotel over 30 days straight. Only a slight few of the women actually clean the rooms. The morning chef for breakfast should be working in some school lunch room, since he can't follow directions on making people's food every single morning. Recycling food from the buffet to put on people's ordered food isn't what I call being a chef. The front desk staff was always on point and good about situations. Most of the ladies working the bar counter were good about it. But yea, by far the worst housekeeping I ever encountered. Not to mention the housekeeping mgr raising the price of the washer and dryer because we did an extended stay. You raise the price for us to wash and dry but most your housekeeping staff trash. That's good business practice. Don't do extended stays at hotels that AREN'T MEANT for extended stay.

The staff was amazing and super helpful. The rooms were well appointed and large. The bathroom was somewhat small but still nice. Would absolutely stay here again.

    Don't stay here.
Overpriced for a lumpy bed. Their credit card machine demagnetized my card on a business trip, the cook couldn't tell medium from well done and I think they cut their scotch with turpentine, not that the bartender knew what scotch was. At breakfast I was treated to a melted plastic tray in the the bacon, what looked like boogers in the potatoes and stale wheat bread.
Plus a pain in the ass to get into and out of.
    Avoid this place.

Very helpful staff, comfortable stay even though there were kids soccer teams also staying. Thought it would be a problem, but it wasn't. Great hotel!

Parking was easy, although it is somewhat hard to find It's back of the road. Room was big, and the bed comfy. There was a good amount of nose through the night, as it is close to the Thruway toll houses. There is a restaurant, but I didn't take advantage. The internet worked well, which was appreciated.

It doesn't take much to make me happy in a hotel room. Clean sheets and fresh coffee will do it.
We stayed here 4 days. And the only time we had fresh coffee to make in the morning was the first day. After that the coffee was never replenished in our room. One morning before we left for the day I stopped at the front desk and asked if we could get more coffee for our room. When we retired. We had two new coffee pods, no cups, no cream or sugar. I called the front desk and asked if they could send up the cups and condiments. They lady at the desk told me "they guy who does that doesn't come in until 11:30"
So needless to say, we again went without morning coffee.
My husband thinks they do this intentionally so you order room service in the morning.
I would not recommend staying here. Something so simple doesn't have to be so frustrating. They have a kerug in the room. Why doesn't room service replenish the supply when they clean the room?
