This was a below average hotel over all. The room I stayed in had some apparent water damage that was painted over while probably wet, with said paint running down the wall paper. The hotel advertises free parking, with about only 10 spots available for 120+ rooms. Otherwise you pay $30 a night. The parking card does not fit into the entrance card reader. The exit card reader did not work. An employee was tasked with standing by the gate to assist, and did nothing until prompted by a person on the intercom, and stood idle for 5+ minutes until I had to physically raise the gate to depart. The breakfast was subpar, eggs were questionable and sausage was crispy. I will not stay at this location again.

Lovely place to stay. Highly professional staff. They are very efficient and effective at their job. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

I would give them zero if I could. The sink and shower water was cold. I was forced to take a quick cold shower. The bed frame was incredibly unstable. It was just terrible all around. For the price I paid, I shouldn't experienced any of that. The staff just preformed their duties and were not attentive to my needs or other guests as I noticed. I also have to dispute charge on my card for who knows what because all they were good for was a place to lay my head and I cannot see why there were any additional fees. I got cheap Inn the following day and it was a much nicer stay

Very upscale for an airport hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. Large, soft but firm comfortable King bed with soft sheets and fluffy pillows. Free Neutrogena products in bathroom. Shower had great water pressure. Room was very clean. Free full breakfast with eggs, bacon, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, cereal. Coffee nearly 24 hrs.

Nice room with comfortable beds. Due to an early departure, I did not have breakfast or use any other amenities. The location is close to the airport, and they have a shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. With LaGuardia being the mess that it is, allow extra time to sit in traffic on the shuttle. If you need a meal, the bar across the parking lot in the Plaza Hotel is good.

Clean very spacious rooms. Great Place to stay and catch the shuttle to the airport. Was on the 11th floor. It took the hot water a while to get there.

I was there for a reunion. The hotel staff were very helpful and resorceful. However the room was very warm and the air conditioning was not high enough for the amount of people in the room. I would recommend this place to others. I actual prefer to use Hampton inn when I travel.

Pretty nice hotel near the airport. It's a Hampton Inn so you know what are getting. The rooms were clean including the bathrooms. Breakfast downstairs in the morning was pretty good. And they have an airport shuttle that starts at 4am and leaves every 20 minutes. If you rent with national this is a sweet location cuz they are only 0.3 miles away. So you can drop off the car the night before your flight and just take the Hampton inn airport shuttle instead of the National one that drops you at a bus stop during construction. The snacks in the lobby that you can charge to your room have a nice selection. Also they have menus of companies that deliver in the area if you are looking for food. Only thing the room lacks are mini fridges -hence 4 not 5 stars.

Within walking distance of LaGuardia airport and offers free shuttle pick up from the airport. The rooms are nice and pretty large for New York. There is a free breakfast too. There is a gigantic boulder outside the hotel that was deposited by a glacier, so that's kind of cool too.

We stayed when we had 10 hours between flights. Room was clean, plenty of space. We left too early for breakfast, but the shuttle driver's were very nice--even at 4am!

Do not stay unless absolutely necessary. Checked into the hotel, got in our room and instantly smelled smoke. Called the front desk and was told my wife and I booked a smoking room and they were sold out so we could not have a different room. We found that odd because neither of us smoke. Checked our reservation and it indeed said non-smoking with a king size bed. Glad they offered a free breakfast but all the options were bad and did not taste good. Shuttle service stuck in traffic so we had to walk to the airport. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless no other options are available.

Place is beautiful. Nice view. It's under renovation which is not stated in the website when you make reservations. The pool is in adjacent building and bongs to another hotel, because they are under renovation and it is not mentioned when making reservations. Parking is $30 dollars a day which is not.mentioned when making the reservations either. Rooms are super clean, beds are extremely comfortable.
