The hallway smells like a dead dog, the rooms need to be updated desperately, and the elevators are pretty ghetto. In an industry where your competing with the Marriott and Hilton brands you have to do better if you want people to come back. Not a place I would stay at if I could do it all over again.

I attended Adria hotel for a real estate investing seminar. The conference space was clean and we'll lit. I did not interact with any staff so I cannot comment on them. Overall good experience nothing negative to say

1st night in the water in our shower came out black , sink WATER was BROWN . When we called the front desk they said to just let it run and it would clear up , didn't do anything . That shouldn't have happened at all .
- Paid for adjoining rooms , when we got here they were no longer available. Had kids so not okay .
-One of the two rooms had a lot of outlets that didn't work
- Rooms smelled musty
-Only gave two towels for a four person room , very light blankets as well .
-No soap/conditioner/ basic toiletries . Just a small bottle of used lotion with 1/4 of it left .
-Maids were extremely helpful and friendly , Kuerig machines were amazing , had bottled water , and bathroom heaters .response / report this review -

With all due respect to the nice personnel of this hotel: this place, unfortunately, has many many problems that need to be resolved. From non-operational heater to broken TV, to the tense smell of marijuana all over the building (the hotel is supposedly non-smoking). I had to change the room after the first night to a different room that smells less, but the heater and TV were broken in the new room. I reported the issues to the front desk, and they apparently notified the management, Jessica Brown, who is apparently not willing to take any actions. Until all these issues are resolved, I do not recommend this place for a stay.

Extremely easy to get to highway a block away. Parking lot handicap accessible. Pleasant staff they have a nice size ballroom for events. Great for weekend events family reunions. Special rates for groups for hotel stay.

Stayed only one night but the room was good. Really Nice beds. The AC was a little loud but the sound was easily forgotten except when you needed to sleep. Overall a really Nice experience.

The lobby and building generally like old and worn. However the rooms were actually nicely updated with a modern, Broadway theater theme. Breakfast was decent with scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, fruit, a waffle station, yogurt and cereal. Parking is free and plentiful. The elevator was very slow.

I don't usually write reviews or care to write them, but this time I decided to do so. the hotel was decent , but the people made my stay more welcoming. At breakfast I met a really friendly person, we had a great conversation. I don't know how to spell her name but I do remember her informing me that she just started. I was expecting much when I came down, but she was nice and easy to speak with
