Totally, it is good. However, the hotel did not told us that the double room couldn't add a rollaway bed before we came. We have to upgrade our room. Anyway, if this did not happen I would gave four or five stars

We were upgraded to a presidential suite, which was very spacious and clean. The stove in our room did not work, but everything else was good. Location was in the middle of Chinatown and the service was very friendly.

Do not trust this hotel they will run your card several times and will blame it on your bank when they did the transactions. Claribel is very rude and unprofessional. They will preauthorize your card before check out. They do not care if they put you in a bind running your card for more money than what you agreed to. I have warned you.

Fair rates, very nice suites with a kitchen and table, and decent free breakfast if you book direct. Nice employees, and a restaurant/bar that's open until 10:30pm for food and 11pm for drinks, at least on weeknights.

Location is pretty close to the 7 train. probably 10 minute walk. Rooms are spatious and nice. No real good views though

The only Italian restaurant (I think) in the immediate Flushing area. The place is cozy and spacious. The waiters were courteous and attentive. While the food could be better the service and convenience far outweigh that.

Great service and friendly front desk host. Suite has full size fridge, gas oven, dishwasher and microwave. No silverware or plates included. This hotel is close to all the amazing shops and restaurants in Flushing, yet remote enough where guests can have quiet and restful sleep at night.
