Very small rooms and congested. Hardly any space to walk in the room. Breakfast was not good, no variety, they had boiled eggs, cup noodles and bread and some chinese dish. Staff were not friendly. Room carpets looked old and stained. Room service was good. Overall the room was not worth the price they charged. Very expensive. Will definitely not recommend this place.

We are returning guest to this hotel. This is a good choice for budget . Also very good for location.

We have been here 5 days and enjoyed our stay. We do not want to drive to the city so here the subway is just a short walk. The breakfast is filling and we enjoyed the different foods supplied. We found the room clean with hairdryer, desk, coffeemaker and TV. The Staff is helpful and the price was excellent!!! We had free parking but is they are full there is reasonable parking near.

Not bad for overnight and being in the heart of Chinatown. A bit overpriced tho. Correction: This is not Chinatown but more of an ethnic community that is Chinese. The restaurants are good and it was relatively safe. I had no problem walking the streets at night

A budget hotel - but it had everything we needed for 1 nights stay. Good shower, good Wi-Fi, safe in room, free (though very limited) breakfast, luggage storage available.

THIS HOTEL MADE MY WHOLE TRIP IN NEW YORK TERRIBLE. this place sucks. my brother nicknamed it the “flushing toilet”. So I checked in, but it took a really long time. The check in process was SLOW. I didn’t think too much about it, was a bit annoyed.
When I arrived in my room, I was so tired and took a nap. Woke up and I got bed bug bites.
for the rest of my 3-day trip in NY I had a huge bite on my knee making it hard to walk.
THE BED BUG BITES WERE A PAIN. THEY RUINED MY EXPERIENCE.
“breakfast” is hard boiled eggs and ramen noodles. breakfast is a joke. it’s pitiful.
Overexpensive. paid so much for a bad experience. the room is small and sheets are not clean (hence the bed bugs).
looking outside the window I noticed the parking lot. it was so cramped the parking lot was vertical and horizontal rectangles cramped together if one car wanted to get out, the other cars had to move.. thank god I didn’t drive here. if you plan to come to this hotel with a car, I suggest otherwise!!
I felt SOO uncomfortable staying in this hotel. Each night I slept in the bed I prayed hard to God that I didn’t wake up with more bed bug bites.
conclusion:
Don’t come here. Unless you want bed bugs, bad breakfast, cramped parking spaces, and unclean sheets for an overexpensive price

I gave it a 3-star because they had no elevator and my room was on the 5th floor. The stairwells was cluttered with black bags filled with towels and other things. But I enjoyed my stay it was very quiet no one bothered me. I paid 150 bucks including tax. I don't know if they overcharged me or if it's cheap but considering New York I suppose it's not so expensive for one night stay.

Small hotel with free parking in back but it's down a narrow alley with a sharp turn - large vehicles or any cars with large turning radius will have trouble. Hotel is in the middle of flushing on main street close to everything. But it's a dilapidated and a bit dirty looking. Room itself is small. Water was plentiful and hot. Towels were old and worn with some stains. They provided a basic breakfast downstairs. Overall I wouldn't stay unless it's cheap or you really want to stay in the middle of flushing.

Recently had the displeasure of staying at this establishment. The customer service needs a severe overhaul. The rooms are not cozy or well kept. The shower faucet was broken and had to be finagled in order to work. The only positive to the whole experience, if I can say that, is that it's very close to public transportation. Will never stay at this "establishment" ever again.

I didn't have too much interaction with the staff but service was fine during my experience. Room is kind of small if you don't mind that. Room was also fairly clean. Not bad if you are looking for a cheaper stay.

Not bad! Rooms are cozy, Staff during the morning and day could be a bit more friendly. Night staff is pleasant! Bus station to airport is a few blocks away and Subway 6 goes strait into town!! Perfect place if you are visiting! Starbucks a block away! The reason for the 4 has to do with the day staff being not so friendly. :/ otherwise, 5 for sure.
