CAUTION. This hotel and management cannot be trusted. The company I do work for rented over 20 rooms there the weekend of Oct 7. After I checked out Oct 7 I realized that I have left my factory Samsung Charger in my room. I called that day and yes they found it. Multiple calls later they stated that the Manager had checked off he had shipped it to me. Today is Oct 29th and I still have no charger. I don't know if mgmt sells items left in rooms to others but despite repeated calls and promises to return MY PROPERTY THEY STILL HAVE NOT RETURNED IT TO ME. They repeatedly lied to me.

Currently renovating (7/17). Room was modern, clean, and nice. No issues with free WIFI. Free breakfast was served with hot food. Excellent customer service. Family friendly and quiet!!

Other than the body hair on the sheets in two rooms it was nice. The lady who provided the breakfast was very polite and helpful. She made sure everybody had enough to eat. Late check in was a breeze and the night staff was accommodating and polite also. Everything in the room was modern and nicely laid out. There's plenty of outlets for your electronics and all the usual "hotel things" are there also. Overall a nice place and I would stay again.

The staff here is fantastic. They are in the middle of a serious renovation, so you'll have to deal with more than a little dust, but the renovations are quite welcome. Been staying with Hilton brands for about 5 years now, and their foremost qualify is their people. I can say the folks in Madison exemplify that quality.

Had a great experience at Hampton Inn from when I walked in and checked out. Breakfast was nice, room was comfy and homey-like. Front desk Cassandra was very attentive and sweet. Recommended my wife and I a great place to eat. Great smile and great personality! Will definitely stay here again.
