My mother, my 2 month old and I had an emergency stay at this place the day Atlanta Airport had a fire and flights were shut down. We showed up at 3:00am. The man at the front desk asked if we were coming from the airport. I then asked what would be the latest we could check out being our flight was rescheduled to 7pm. The man said 1pm and that there would be fees after that. As soon as we opened the room I was very disappointed. The chairs were worn and torn. The bathtub was stained dirty. There was a coffee maker but with no coffee or cups. The bed sheets had stained spots. The next day we were woken up by staff standing outside our room to what sounded like an argument because it was so loud and agressive. But i guess turned out to be a 45min conversation. So we went into the continental breakfast at 8:45 and it was shut down. We asked the lady wearing the night slippers(Possibly the owner or manager) if there was anything left from the free continental breakfast and she wouldn't even look at us just kept repeating in a rude tone "breakfast over at 9." I did respond "its not nine yet" but she kept repeating her phrase over and over again. We sat down to get coffee and she acted like we were in her way cleaning over us. We went left back to our room for a nap but she called at 11 yelling at my mother "check out is at 11" After hanging up the phone the man called back and said "it was OK to stay until one o'clock like he discussed when we checked in." We left at noon very disappointed.

I should'vee known just walking into the Lobby that it was Bad. Nothing has Ever been updated since original construction. Saw 3 Roaches. I'll leave that alone. Had to put towels around the door because of the Huge Gaps. Cold air was pouring in.
Coffee machine in Room but no coffee. Went down to their "Continental Breakfast was piss Colored coffee and Slices of Bread. I should have just Slept in my Car and Saved $60.00.

Was denied a room due to my service dog and he wouldn't give me one unless I showed him papers saying what service my dog provides which is illegal and the ADA act protects service dog owners from this.. I filmed him with my phone denying me a room and telling me without paperwork showing what service the dog provides I wasn't getting a room for the night, he said he is unaware of such laws so I'm going to be pressing charges on this motel here real soon Please do like I'm going to do tonight and sleep outside before giving your money to this establishment..

-Extremely rude couple running the hotel and front desk.. Assuming they are the owners.
-Didn't have reservation after calling to confirm 2 days prior and they said they had it
-Told them I had confirmation number- they wouldn't even hear me.. Said they won't accept it from me, has to come directly from booking agent.
-Told me it was not their fault. If they can't work with their 3rd party hotel booking companies, they shouldn't offer booking that way
-Had a sign on their door that they did not have rooms available, so if you booked after 2 days prior up until arrival, you were out of luck
after over an hour of going back and forth with the 3rd party booking agent over the phone, they contacted hotel directly and we were able to check in.
-Confirmed that we were staying for 5 nights they said yes
-Booked a king room, got a room with 2 doubles.
-Morning after night 1, maid knocked on door and said said time for check out! I told them we are staying for 4 more nights, they said they would confirm with the front desk to see if that was true, I just closed door.
-Had "do not disturb" sign on door every night til morning They knocked between 8 and 9 every morning as the sign was still on door!

    The room was another story:
-ROOMS DO NOT MATCH PICTURES ONLINE!!! Musty smell when you walked in room, paint peeling off the walls, fridge dirty, light switches grossly dirty, light in bathroom took over 5 seconds to turn on after flipping switch and continued to flicker as it was on, faucet for bath/shower broken and took superhuman strength to turn it on, paint job on tiles around tub not finished, didn't have towels to use (asked front desk for some, they said it would be about an hour), "clean" towels had stains all over them, room did not have travel size soap or tissues, had coffee maker but no coffee pot to even use it.

Staff is nice, despite being called smoke free, it reeks of cigarettes, lack of plug outlets. But most importantlyROACHESROACHESEVERYWHERE, don't bring food back and inspect your stuff thoroughlyI wouldn't recommend even to my worst enemy!

Beds comfortable. Very quiet. Descent rate. Flat screen tv. Had key problems but got it fixed asap. Price is reasonable. Guy at front desk was very nice.

Ok place, awful staff. My room key wouldn't work at all and this was a recurring problem with everyone else's room I noticed. If I wanted to leave my room I had to leave the door ajar or have staff open the door for me. The hair dryer and coffee maker was broken. The dog in the room next to me barked for over half of my stay. I stayed for 6hrs to get some rest and the maids came in my room 3hrs before checkout and woke me up and then once again right before checkout. Front desk was rude and not helpful at all

Roaches everywhere. The owner is a creep. They spy on you and invade your privacy. The breakfast test old. The owners wife is very rude. They talk on the phone while you're trying to talk to them. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
