Rooms smelled like mildew, there was mold in both rooms they gave me in the bathrooms. And I also seen three mice in two days. Staff is nice but ran and maintained horribly.

The staff as extremely friendly, the rooms were clean and breakfast was Great! They are in the process of remodeling which is needed due.to some bucks an wings in the bathrooms and through the hallways. Overall, good experience.

Great staff Friendly, capable, competent. Comfortable clean rooms and a hot breakfast in a clean dining room. Great for people visiting KSU.

Excellent service. People knew how to take care of our needs. My wife is handicapped and they were willing to help me any way they could. Bless them.

I stayed here for the first time last night. I arrived before checkin, and they were able to check me in anyway. The front desk staff was cheerful and friendly. The room was clean and the air conditioning felt great. There was a fridge and microwave in my room, and a large TV to watch a show before going to bed. They offered a wakeup call, and I received it. The only complaint is that the vending machine had two spots for bottled water, but both were out, nor was there any in the room - so I had to drink tap water.

I stayed for the third time at this Holiday Inn in the last two years. I must say it has deteriorated a lot and I am not returning now.

The breakfast options are sad, limited and doesn't change an inch any day. The plates are not suitable for warm food. The moment I placed a toasted bread on it, it's plastic swells. You can imagine, the hotel management doesn't mind you eating plastic if they save some dollars on plate quality (it was not such during earlier stays).

There is a microwave in the room, but they do not have any plate/ bowl in the entire hotel if you want to warm up some food. The front desk said we may use the breakfast plates in the microwave. You can imagine if a toasted bread could swell the plate, what will it look like if microwaved.

So, all in all not a nice hotel anymore. NOT RECOMMENDED

Service was very good. The room we had wasn't great. No ventilation in the bathroom, requiring the door to be open during a shower. Other than that, the hotel is clean and appears to be well maintained.

    1. I was overcharged for an extra day, when I was told I could check out early. (This happened to about 10 different families we were traveling with). I was told by 3 different desk personnel, on 3 different shifts I would not be charged. When I called to discuss the issue, I was told that the hotel manager, made a deal with the baseball tournament travel staff and did not give the information to the hotel desk. No one has called me back to resolve the issue. I called corporate and will have to call them again. I have already wasted more than an hour trying to resolve the issue.
    2. One of the elevators was broken, for a 6 floor hotel. Not only was the hotel full of guest using the elevator, but I found that housekeeping was riding the elevator almost constantly. This made the service even slower.
    3. Housekeeping did not clean our room until late afternoon and one day not until 5:00 pm.
    4. A family we were traveling with did not have their trash emptied a single time during our 5 day stay.
    5. Breakfast was terrible - No milk, if there was juice at all it was warm, the sausage tasted old and microwaved.
    6. The Wifi connection was terrible. I could not use my laptop computer to connect to the internet. Also, it was not password protected, it was open to the public.

The bed and pillows are super comfy. The elevator was slower than Christmas. Thank heavens we were on the second floor and could take the stairs. Breakfast has plenty of choices. The rooms were spotless

My visit to this hotel was brief and did not include an overnight stay. The staff was friendly, and from what I sae, the breakfast selection was better than the average free hotel breakfast. The lobby and pool area were clean. Parking was reasonable. However, something for light sleepers to keep in mind is that this hotel is located near a mall and is a high traffic area.

Staff was friendly. Rooms and facilities are old, run down and out dated. Not the nicest HIE I've stayed at. The wifi was also slow (although free).
