Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is older but well maintained and clean. Convenient location. You can park down the side for more convenient entry to the elevator.

I didn't have stay here, but I came for a work related conference with a few other coworkers. The place was clean from what I saw and the free coffee and lemon water hit the spot for me lol. Seems like a really good location for the most part, but I don't know much about Athensas this was my very first time ever here in this town.

Great value. $107 a night. Room was clean. Downtown is walkable, if not, it's a 1 minute car ride away. Staff was friendly. Pet friendly too.

So friendly. All of the staff was compassionate and caring. Our situation was an emergency situation and they made are we were comfortable and had what we needed.

Evacuated here from Hurricane Irma. Upon receiving our room the air conditioner was broken and was told technician wouldn't be in until the following day. I managed to get it partially working and when I went to take a shower there was plumbers putty all over. Maintenance came to fix and removed it but the entire room smelled like paint stripper and the bathroom fan was broken. At this point after complaining again we received a new room where everything was clean and working. Management was very nice throughout all of this and very accommodating.

Loud, barking dogs at night. Called the front desk and was told that they would have no way of knowing what room the noise was coming from unless they sent someone to the 3rd floor to check. They were clearly uninterested in doing that.

Great customer service and decent accommodations for the price. There always seems to be a lot of humidity inside the hotel whenever I'm here in the summertime. Rooms were clean and the open parking lot seems safe.

The staff has been great. Breakfast was the standard HI Express fare, hot, delicious. One of the nicest common area, lot of side areas where folks can sit and have conversations. The pool area was clean, plenty of chairs. The double rooms are nice. Usb outlets on the night stand to charge your phone. Mini fridge and microwave. The bathrooms are very narrow. You could brush your teeth, sit on the throne and wash your feet in the tub all at the same time if so inclined.

This hotel is in the middle of a remodel. There is a new building going up which looks very nice but the old hotel is likely to be torn down. The outside looks horrible and is kinda sketchy looking but the rooms were clean and inexpensive. We needed a pet friendly hotel so decided to give it a try. I inspected the room before we committed and since it was clean we decided to stay. I would not want to stay here more then one night.

Room is pretty standard, has a mini fridge, microwave and a K Cup brewer. Staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious. They have an automatic pancake maker. Awesome!

Accommodating, clean on floor. Ground floor room near patio Not desirable. Great breakfast! Loved quick pancake machine! Chocolate milk. Coffee all time. Fruit!

My experience has been great! The utmost staff willing to make your stay every bit comfortable as possible. I left my bag on the patio. Security had put it away securely and I ask the manager and he dedicated much time to locate it for. For your time and dedication I appreciate you and your staff. Iappreciate you all for being there.

Great stay. Big comfortable bed. Clean rooms. Very conveniently located within walking distance of the downtown bar area. The room has both a mini-fridge and a microwave oven available. The staff was friendly and very accommodating when I requested a late check out. Would definitely stay here again.
