This place is so disgusting it had roaches. They taped the paint that was breaking off to the wall. The bathroom was unusable meaning I didn’t even want to go in there. The carpet looked like several thing spilled on it n was left. Don’t let the outside fool you.

We looked up places to stay that were cheap and this place popped up for $38 and when my husband walked in they told him it was going to be $65 that’s not including taxes. So mY husband asked about the price online and the guy had an attitude and said yea we don’t do that. We decided to go elsewhere. Definitely don’t stay here

Nice rooms but need to upgrade television and offer more breakfest options.

I called the place simply to ask a question but the man in charge not only barely spoke English but blew me off, refused to answer my question and kept demanding I go online and then when I awkwardly said "Ok" to his senseless ranting, he sarcastically said 'Thank you' and hung up. Terrible service, there's dozens of other hotels in the area, avoid this one.

It has been quite, clean, and for the most part bug free. The staff has been helpful and nice and are very peaceful. Over all I have liked it and would refer a friend!

Issue with card and they gave room away. We had called on the way there and explained the situation. She told us she would hold it and didn't. We were aggravated and went to a different hotel.

It isn't a 5 star hotel but the price is decent and it is clean. The doors open to a hallway which can make one feel more secure

Carpet was dirty and torn, sink was burned and peeling paint, closet was missing door, entry door had been broken and rehung. Only stayed because couldn't find a another and it beat sleeping in the car. Roaches in bathroom. Lobby looks beautiful but looks are deceiving.

Reserved a room with 2 beds days in advance. Get there super late with 3 kids and they only have a single bed with a pullout couch. The couch bed was totally broken and they had layed a piece of plywood under the cushion to make it somewhat able to be sat on. If I didn't need to stretch out I would have just slept in our vehicle. This place will be closed before long i imagine. Another hotel run down the drain in America.

I love the layout of my room! But the bathroom sink was old and cracked and the mirror very streaky. The ice machine was not working.I also wished there was a pool. Very light breakfast cereal or prepackaged honey bun.No fruit, yogurt 🙁 This is my second stay at America's Best Value. It will stay on my list

This place earned it's 3 star review! I would not hesitate to stay here again. It's not top of the line, but it's not bad! Free Wi-Fi, AC worked well, big TV in the room, hot showers, great water pressure, microwave and refrigerator in the room. The rooms all faced an interior hallway, which made me feel a lot safer! I had a very positive experience here!

Downsides was a very slight smell of smoke, even in the non smoking rooms. The breakfast was coffee, orange juice, and two types of cereal. But I'm not complaining.
