This is a nice hotel, easy to access and far enough away from the interstate for a quiet nights sleep and the rooms were nice and clean. Flat screen TV's. Also has a pool. Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly check in quick. And minutes from everywhere in town. Rates were affordable too.

The staff and hotel were very nice. Lynnette (?) is a keeper. She was the pleasant welcome a tired traveler could use and helpful in suggesting area restaurants. All staff members were very nice and welcoming to their guest. I greatly appreciated the housekeeping services for taking time to get our room situated very quickly without interrupting our stay. My only wish, would be for a better selection of breakfast offerings, as it seemed very limited, but that's just me. It definitely didn't impact our stay or view of this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful the hotel guess staff he was very greeting and helpful while we were there. We were allowed to give our granddaughter her birthday swimming party at the hotel to invite her friends she turned 8 years old. We had a blast. Will definitely come back and do it again.

Well the hotel is ok and the guy at the desk was very friendly and patient but the google ad says they have a hot tub. My friend and I were recently injured and wanted a hotel with hot tub. There is still old food on the floor in the room and the coffee maker doesn't work. Just wanted a nice retreat away from home to relax.

Stayed here a few times now, never had any real problems. Rooms are clean, and big! Staff is friendly and helpful. The internet wasn't working well my last visit, but it was the first time I had that issue. I'm sure I'll be back there!

Good value. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Lots of parking. Near restaurants and stores. Nice breakfast.
Edit: Unfortunately I posted a bit too soon. We came back our last of three evenings to find our room had not been cleaned. Not skipped, just like someone took 5 minutes and then left. A trashcan was dumped, but towels were on the floor and no beds were made. Because I prepaid, there was no option of a credit or anything. I adjusted to 4 stars. Maybe it should be less, but I I'm trying not to discount everything else because of this.
I think this location is recently under new management, so I hope this gets better.response / report this review -

Hotel was nice upon arrival. Facilities were nice, bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean, but sink was in need of replacement. During our stay there was a problem with housekeeping. It was reported to the front desk, they were friendly and apologetic and said they would look into it. No one cleaned our room during our stay. Breakfast was good and had lots of options. Pool was closed one day due to chemical imbalance. Some noise was heard through the walls at night. If you are a light sleeper, take ear plugs or have a noise making app on your phone. Overall a good experience. But not excellent.

Two different times we have chosen to stay at this hotel when we traveled to visit family. We choose hotels that have pools so the kids can burn off some energy after a 5 hour car ride. Both times, we were unable to use the pool because apparently they do maintenance during the hours the pool is supposed to be open instead of shocking it at night after it closes. We were told it would be a couple hours, then the kids could swim. 4 hours later, the pool remains closed. We will definitely not be back.

The room was clean and a great price. We stayed in a hot tub suite. The whirlpool hot tub was very relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was good as well. I have no complaints and I would stay here again.

All was well until we checked out the room. Yhe headboard was off the wall and the metal that it attached to was still there eith jagged edges. We had 3 kids with us. No maintenance man or hammer to fix it. For a $300 2 night stay, I expected better or at least a solution.

BEWARE!!! Make sure you want to use this property.
I booked a 3 night stay for a show in Indianapolis through Choice Hotels of which i am a Diamond member in their choice privileges program and book rooms online all the time.
The booking was made well over a month in advance of my stay. when the room was booked I clicked to book the room and missed that the rate was non cancel able and non refundable. Two days after booking I got a job offer in Florida and tried to cancel the reservation to which I was told it would not be possible. The management was not at all sympathetic of my situation and flatly refused to do anything but put the funds toward a future stay. I have no reason to go to Indianapolis other than the aforementioned show.
Choice Hotels corporate tried to help me but the property manager is unwilling (or unable he says) to do anything else for me.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE find another property or at the very least do not fall victim to their archaic policies. I learned a $300 + lesson the hard wayresponse / report this review
