I love the Hampton Inn in Hickory. My wife and I stay here whenever we come to visit family and we've never had anything less than a stellar experience. Great rooms and the nicest staff I've ever encountered.

Employees are very friendly. Our room was very spacious and clean! The coffee was cold and the hot water for hot chocolate. They didn't seem to eager to fix the problem. Breakfast was plentiful however the bagel toppers looked like they had been sitting for awhile and were cold.The internet connection is also horrible. My husband and I kept getting disconnected. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. I stepped to the front desk to ask for two towels so my kids could shower after they got out of the pool. I was told he only had 1 towel and the pool area had towels. I shouldn't have to hunt down towels. We have stayed here before and never had these issues. All in all it was a pleasant stay

The best Hampton inn! The rooms are clean and the service is 10 stars we come back every year and it is always clean friendly and the breakfast is wonderfull.

Most amazing anywhere in Hamptonville I have ever seen..Beautiful housekeeping actually amazing I would hire them. Everyone is so beautiful for caring . Not one Hampton beats them. Truth amazing staff went out of the way for my wife. She has poor sleep habits and they were patient and tops

As usual the Hampton Inn didn't disappoint. Never been to this location before but the rooms were big and clean, staff friendly and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the location convenient. If I'm back in Hickory I'll be back.

King size room was exquisite, friendly people and super clean. Room layout was a welcomed change/layout than that of average hotels. Roomy and modern. Breakfast on site. Absolutely will stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights for my cousins wedding. Super clean. Updated, and well kept. The breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel. We woke one morning with no hot water and it was fixed within 2 hours. These things can not be helped but I think it was fixed in a timely manner. We only stay in Hampton inns or hiltons and this is one of the nicest.

This Hampton Inn property is very clean and well-maintained; kudos to the Housekeeping staff. The best aspect of it, though, is the world-class service. When our a/c thermostat broke overnight (it happens), the staff and Engineering took steps to make us comfortable as soon as they were notified. We returned to our room that afternoon to find a surprise beyond anything we could have expected. I travel A LOT, staying at 4 and 5-star hotels, and the service we received easily puts this property in the top 5% of any I've stayed at.
