After shopping around in the Charlotte and having a bad experience, we came to the HFM. WOW!
It is huge. Luckily, we managed to have great sales people/designers throughout the showrooms.
Hickory Park, Reflections and Unique rugs did a fantastic job!

We had a very productive time at the Furniture Mart. Teresa was very helpful and so accommodating. She helped us make the most of our time. Rich at Good's and BJ at Hickory were knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get pricing, etc.😊

Oh my.. I went there on weekend and they were closing in 1hr. It was not enough time to get a feel for the place. I went back a few months later and made sure to plan a day of it to get the full effect. Wow, there were so many stores, but I did it. It was a great experience. I ended up purchasing a desk at Home Goods Furnishings. Loved it. Oh and you need at least 2-3 hrs.

Wonderful day with Teresa at Hickory Furniture Mart. She found out right away what our tastes were and pointed us in the right direction. This place is so huge, it would have been impossible without her help. We love what we purchased and we would return in a heartbeat. Tracey made the connection for us and we couldn't be happier. I love that the furniture we purchased was all locally made.

I had a fantastic experience with the Hickory Furniture Mart! It is one of the best kept secrets in the furniture industry.

My personal shopper was Teresa Thompson, and she proved to be an excellent resource. She gave me a complete tour of the facility and was able to pinpoint the shops that were best suited to my tastes. This served me well, as I did not waste time looking over things I did not want. The place is huge.

I was also really impressed by the quality of furniture, the customer service and the variety of choices the Mart had to offer.

If you are in the market for furniture, please go to mart. You won't be disappointed!

We went to Hickory Furniture Mart to find furniture for our new home. Before heading out there, we had contacted Tracey Trimble to set up an appointment with the personal shopper, Teresa Thompson. As far as I'm concerned, it was the best shopping experience ever! Teresa made it so easy to find what we wanted that we got pretty much everything we needed in one day. The mart is huge and could be overwhelming unless you can narrow down which stores you want to visit. Teresa was able to do that, keeping in mind our budget and style and the relationships she has built up with the vendors, including BJ, Regina and David, over the years. Would definitely do this again, and would also go back just to find a piece or two to fill in once we get moved in.

I want to be positive, but I am struggling. The salesperson was kind and resourceful, but led us to believe that the process was quicker than it has turned out to be. We ordered two Henredon Sofa the week of November 14. We put half down on a credit card when we ordered. We were told that the sofa would be ready in 8 weeks, maybe sooner, but count on 8 weeks.

After 12 weeks we called. They said that it had arrive (why didn't they call us?) and they needed payment to deliver. I fully understand. We offered our credit card number and they said that they can only run one transaction per order and they we need to mail a check. What? This is 2017. We mailed a check and then had to wait for it to clear. Once it cleared they sent our sofas to the warehouse in Thomasville and we talked to them today and it will be another 21 days before delivery. There is something wrong with this process. I regret it this purchase and I have not even received my furniture.

In retrospect, they should have said, it will be 4 months for you to have your furniture. Oh well still waiting . but never again.

We had a great experience with Becca Justice at Hickory Furniture Mart! She helped us select the perfect furniture pieces for our place in Florida and then for our home in Michigan. She showed us the design options and fabrics to best suit our contemporary taste. We love the results. Thanks Becca! We will definitely be back.
