Nice and Peaceful stay we had at Crowne Plaza. Rooms are neat n clean. Swimming Pool n Gym are nicely maintained. The Front Desk staff is helpful and cooperative. The only reason I am holding 5 star rating is because of the variety I saw in Breakfast. They had fewer options. No Croissant No Waffle No Brownies etc.

This place is a dump! I would not recommend staying here! Not secure for a woman traveling alone. Hair in the bathtub. Total not worth its rating. I ask for my money back and they wouldn't budge. Next time I'll stay in a AIRBNB

This hotel was great. They accommodated a large church group, fed us, and served us well in every way. The staff went above and beyond in what could have been an overwhelming and chaotic weekend. The room was great and quite well appointed. The only drawback was the road noise at night. It was LOUD and went on for hours - like a drag strip. I was thankful I brought earplugs.

Clean and efficient . I am here on a Church Leaders retreat . There is a lot of noise from the road. The food is great. Breakfast was awesome. We would return but would request a room away from the road side.

We had an one night stay with the family here. Overall experience was good.
Room was extremely clean. The building was slightly older and being right next to a busy street was a downside, specially at night (Thus the missing star). But bed and bathroom were clean. That being the most important thing to our family, we left as a happy bunch.

The layout is a little labyrinthine, but the building is beautiful. The staff is kind. The room was wonderful. I didn't use some of the amenities myself, but I know there is at least an indoor pool.

I thought this would be an amazing experience. I was wrong. The rooms weren't that great. I went to get into bed and my sheets pillows and blankets were covered in what I'm assuming was facial hair. House keeping even decided to show up three hrs early. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience.

Great experience. Friendly staff and clean room. The location is convenient to all of hickory. The bar and restaurant are reasonably priced. I would go back. Great place to stay after a day of shopping for furniture.

The Crowne Plaza Hickory is located just off of the interstate and very easy to find. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They went out of the way to make you feel welcome. The lobby area was tastefully decorated. The walkways were very clean. Our room was spacious and very clean. The beds and pillows were so comfortable I slept like a baby! We were their the night of the military ball and when we went to our room, not far from the ballroom, you could not hear any noise from the ball. We had more than enough towels and wash cloths. The parking was great too, there were plenty of parking spaces close to the entrance doors. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Hickory. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful night!

Great location, right off 40 and 70. The room was excellent, all the necessities! Housekeeping was excellent. The food was adequate. Very clean and nice place to stay!

Typical hotel ballroom. Adequately meets the needs of a large gathering of people, but not especially classy. The interior decor has a 70s psychedelic vibe. The parking areas are poorly lit and we saw an elderly woman fall due to the dark shadows obscuring a curb. The areas of the hotel we saw were clean and well taken care of.

The service at this hotel was excellent. Caitlin, at the front desk, was informative, professional, and personable.

The pool and workout facility was EXCELLENT. Beautifully remodeled, and perfectly clean.

The building can certainly be confusing, but it is a really fascinating design, and with the handy dandy map you get at check in as your guide, you're set!

The rooms are clean, though slightly dated. If I had any critique of the hotel, new furniture may be in order. But, it was enjoyable all the same. Cleanliness goes a long way in my book, and they went the extra mile in that department.
We enjoyed a nice breakfast at Piedmont Park in the morning. Our waitress was very kind and efficient. So with my fluffy waffles downed, and an extra yogurt for the road, I'm off to enjoy the rest of my trip, feeling well rested. Thank you guys!
