Check in was easy, front desk staff was pleasant. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good, decent variety for the level expected (standard continental plus scrambled eggs, omelets, sausage, and french toast strips).

Three stars for good continental breakfast and cleanliness. Beware of promises for free shuttle from the airport or to the port. The shuttle stops running after 8:00pm and does not pick up from the port.

4 of us stayed. Kristina at the front desk was amazing. All of the staff we encountered said hello, smiled, and offered assistance. Hotel was outstandingly clean. I don't give 5 stars often, but these folks deserve it. Thank you again.

Using their mobile app, I picked room 501. When we saw the room, it appeared it was under maintenance. Their system failed to prevent me from selecting a room that wasn't ready. The front desk was happy to move us to room 401. However, it seemed my digital key was not updated and still set to room 501. I alerted the front desk thru hotel phone. They told me it should update on half hour. It never did after several hours.

I was a coastal broward evacuee during hurricane irma and stayed here during the storm. The staff was absolutely amazing. They did everything possible to keep our stay as normal as possible, you could have forgotten that there was even a state of emergency. They handled the situation with professionalism and courtesy paying attention to every guest needs. Even made sure the older guest ate food and being nine months pregnant myself assured me if I went into labor would do everything possible to make my delivery a success and make sure I got to a hospital, even if they had to carry me through the storm. It was like having an extended family. I felt safe and secure. Maintenance maintained the building well and secured areas that were prone to damage and kept all the guest in safe areas. I couldn't have imagined a better staff and service during such a massive storm. A big thank you to the staff, they were absolutely amazing!!!

Meeting rooms were clean during event. If you are an event organizer I recommend double checking room set up arrangements. We had to set up our own meeting room.

Housekeeping is inconsistent and never cleans the bathroom mirrors. I stayed for a week and someone who had previously stayed in my room had left his number drawn on the window, so when you take a shower the smoke shows the number on the mirror. It remained there all 7 days of my stay, I just wanted to see if they cleaned that well to notice.
Our room also had bedbugs, I am still scratching holes in my skin from this almost 2 weeks later. When I told the manager they had bed bugs in my room, she said she needs to see a doctors note before she can do anything about it?? what the heck
To top it off, The breakfast sucked I woke up early to get it some mornings and went back to my room with only juice. It was very plain and the bread was always hard.
Last but not least, they lie on their website and e check in by saying that they have smoking rooms. I E-checked into a smoking room and was charged a $200 smoking fee upon checkout. I love Hilton, but this hotel does not qualify as a property. The staff was talking about guests loud enough to hear in the lobby, I don't think they noticed that either, but I was sitting in the lobby and observing them make fun of a guest.

My wife and I travel a great deal. This by far the nicest and most professional staff we've ever met. Outstanding service, great location, very clean and the breakfast Buffett is great. Cookie hour is a nice touch as well!

This trip was made on the day after Christmas. The location of this hotel was perfect . It is a 10 minute drive from the airport, and about a twenty five minute drive to downtown Miami. To get to Miami Beach will take about forty minutes. I like this hotel.

My family was stranded in Fort Lauderdale because of Spirit airlines multiple mistakes and issues, and we had found this hotel at he last minute. The night manager Tom was so kind and understanding and was the first person that day who was honest and straight forward. He helped my family with the stress booked us a room and helped us to the room. The breakfast is also delicious and the rest of the staff are also courteous as well. Also the rooms where clean and ready, the desk workers were informative and kind. If you need a hotel in this area I would definitely suggest this hotel.
