The guest services were excellent, staff was so friendly. The bistro downstairs was equally excellent. The room was clean and any request we had was taken care of immediately.

The place appeared nice upon arrival, but I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! Woke up to get the day started to ants covered around all of my bathroom products. Toothbrush which was enclosed with a casing, toothpaste, hair brush, makeup, etc. I had traveled to the grocery store prior to pick up a few snacks, boxed nut thins, dried mangoes, etc. nothing which was exposed or open. Took a shower to find ants not only in the bathroom but out along the desk where my work stuff was sitting. Thank god I was leaving today, all the front desk said was we’re sorry. I won’t be staying here again. Poor customer service.

Hotel needs some updating. Check in was easy, beds comfortable. Dining at the Bistro was hit or miss but staff was very helpful. I would stay again for business if this was the most cost effective option.

Not really impressed. The room I booked was not what I received. The price indicated that it should be quality and something comfortable, but it felt basic and simple. But the worst part was the smell-- whatever they wash the linens with was nauseating and very off putting. I had to douse the pillows with cologne and essential oils just to be able fall asleep. The location is great because the mall is across the street and a ton of restaurants in the area. I would not come here again and I would not recommend my friends or colleagues to stay here for the prices offered.

I like this particular hotel. The balcony overlooks the pool with gentle night breezes that made for a pleasant stay. well as was the case my first experience here.
Went back again last week expecting the same experience but Mother Nature did not send me a breeze despite a 3 night stay. Well, can't blame the hotel for that.
Robert (I love being addressed by my last name when I call front desk and being told whatever I can do to help. Since I'm not royalty it feels good to at least be treated as such. Thanks Robert) and Sabrina more than made up for mothers nature's lack of favor. As a Gold Rewards member I'm entitled to free upgrades and upon availability, on my 3rd night I was upgraded to a suite. Preferred it overlooking the pool rather than the noisy A/c units that cool the hotel but can't always get the best and given that the hotel seemed booked, I'm going to give them a pass on this one.
Still enjoyed the suite although that ended my evening balcony reading experiences.
Clean rooms and great service and food at The Bistro

Very nice and comfy room with a balcony over looking the courtyard, pool and hot tub. I'm not a real can of the Sundry. The building is divided in two and the only way to get to the other side is on the first floor. I added pictures of the two sides and there numbers.

No issues, staff stays out of the way. Pretty standard hotel. I have no reason not to come back. There are definitely fancier hotels in the area, but this one met my budget perfectly.

Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet and able to darken room completely. Our one issue was we were told that breakfast was included. We get up bright and early only to discover that the cafe is serving breakfast but for a charge. No one ever mentioned where this mysterious free breakfast was at or how to get it. Felt a little like bait and switch. Oh and the oatmeal that we paid for was horrible.

Very nice place to stay. Very quiet. Clean. The internet is fast enough for business purposes. They could improve the TV channel selection but other than that I don't regret staying here.

The staff is very knowledgeable and respectful of all guest interactions I've seen and participated in. The housekeeping staff is very quick at stopping by with requested amenities and the convenience of the location is perfect.

I think for the money it is a home run. The place is clean and quiet. Close enough to everything to even enjoy the local flair. I am very happy and wouldn't hesitate staying here again or recommending this for family and friends. Of course it's not the Diplomat but for the money its perfect. Save your money and enjoy a great little out of the way place to rest and relax.

Friendly and professional staff, clean room, and a nice little 24 hour store in the lobby. Nothing fancy, but this place definitely fit the bill for my quick overnight stay.

Service was great and room was clean. But like most hotels, they take advantage of people looking last minute for a place to stay. It cost me $200 for a standard size room with 1 king bed.
