We spent last night at Hampton Inn as we had a delay in the closing of our new home. I was very pleased with the experience and the hotel was in excellent condition. I would highly recommend staying here if you need a place to stay in Cleveland.

Nice place, friendly service. I attended a Christmas party here and enjoyed it. The only complaint is their outdoor fireplace not working for 2 years at this party in a row.

Very nice place to stay, and extra clean. Its more for business trips than families though. Only complaint is the very small trash cans in each room. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice accommodations right off of 75. Prices are good, rooms are clean. Breakfast is decent to good. Nice gym and plenty of restaurants nearby.

Clean, comfortable, receptive to special requests and delicious hot breakfast. My husband and I came down to Cleveland for Perry Stone's Partner Homecoming and had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn. My request for extra pillows was met before I even got up to my room. The rooms are comfortably furnished and had electrical outlets on all of the table lamps (nightstand and desk) so plugging in phone chargers and my CPAP was no problem at all. The decor was modern, with a fresh green color scheme. We loved the huge, walk-in shower with the large glass doors, adjustable shower head and plenty of hot water. Room amenities included a microwave and small refrigerator, coffee pot, ironing board, and blow dryer. There was hot coffee and fresh fruit in the lobby all evening. The hotel provides a nice hot breakfast bar with make-your-own waffles, eggs, a meat, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, juice, breads and sweets and there was adequate staff to prevent having to wait for something to be restocked. Travelers with dietary concerns such as diabetes will still be able to take advantage of the free breakfast. The staff was very friendly. I appreciated that the hotel had printouts of our conference schedule and directions to Omega Center International at the desk. I would certainly recommend this Hampton Inn to others visiting the area, and hope to stay there again on future visits. I only wish I'd remembered to take pictures before we checked out.

Stayed there last week and it was top notch. The staff was so nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and hot.
