Great up to date rooms. The lay out of the rooms was good. Clean odor free and great breakfast.

Beds are comfortable. Not crazy about the pillows. Staff is friendly. Renovation is nice. Biggest drawback for me is that I could smell a slight smoke smell on bedding which I think comes from smoking housekeeping staff.

Excellent service. I left my google chromcast in my room but didn’t realize it until 2 weeks later. I instantly made the assumption that someone probably found it and kept it. I decided to call and see if someone turned it it and found out they had it in the lost and found! They are now shipping it to me in Kansas City where I live. Shows the character and integrity of their employees. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit. It was also was extremely clean and up to date with technology etc.

We ended up here when we evacuated Florida due to the hurricane, and we are so glad we did. First, thank you for allowing the evacuees to bring their pets. What a lifesaver! Second, thank you to the extremely friendly and accommodating staff. They were amazing, from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the breakfast staff. On top of all that, we loved the rooms and the very comfortable beds. This hotel really went above and beyond to help us, and the many other guests that had evacuated there as well, feel welcome!

It is tough to rate our experience. When you walk in, the harsh blue lighting and cold decor makes it feel like a morgue and there's no escape. The only warm lighting in the building was in the stairwells. The rooms, the lobby, the hallways and the bathrooms made me feel like I was drowning in a pool. That in addition to poorly stocked breakfast makes it difficult to give this place high marks. It was clean though! That's a plus. My biggest recommendation would be to spring for better lighting. It would make it better for everyone.

Welcoming and newly renovated room. Staff friendly. Didn't have the breakfast as I had to leave early in the morning, but likely was the same as at every other HIX in the country. Powdered eggs and sad looking sausage patties. HIX please update your breakfast offering to your franchisees Hampton inns are so much better
