We have stayed here several times while visiting the kids. The room are clean, the staff are friendly and it's reasonably priced, as well as free breakfast. Hampton Inn is our preferred mid-priced motel.
The staff were very kind, rooms clean, and the breakfast was definitely better than most complimentary breakfasts. We would stay there again.
The Hotel overall is nice. It's the people working there that you need to watch out for. I paid cash for my room on a business trip. Checked in at 4 AM without issue. (Or so I thought)
Jeanine kept asking about my Hilton Honors card on file, and I didn't think much of it until after checking out. She double charged me for the room after paying cash, my card was also charged the full amount of the hotel stay. Even though I was EXPLICIT on paying cash and not charging the card.
When I went to address the issue is when things went sideways, Jeanine started threatening me with getting my Honors membership revoked, and Linda the front desk manager wasn't much help either.
I was upset mind you, but who wouldn't be after being charged DOUBLE what the stay should have cost. After 8 days of back and forth their is still no resolution, and I have had to file a dispute with my bank in regards to the hotels fraudulent charges.
They wouldn't go above and beyond to help fix the issue whatsoever, just wanted to argue and threaten. They get mad at the customer, when showing frustration, even though I was completely in the right for being upset.
Heaven forbid they do this to someone who can't afford to have an extra $230 taken from their account for two weeks and counting.
STAY AWAY, or make sure they have no access to your card information if you paid cash. Rude and unprofessional to say the least.
We are very happy with the service here. The room is very clean and the staff is very accommodating. We are very happy with hot breakfast as well. It is much better than most places that offer a free breakfast.
Do not visit this hotel. My family and I have been staying in hotels since we lost our home from Hurricane Irma. We recently returned from a trip to go see my father who is in the hospital after having a heart attack. It was a 20-hour drive with a one-and-a-half-year-old in a three-month-old. We checked into this hotel only to be given the wrong room. After going down to the front desk and them switching us to the correct room, the heat did not work. I went down to the front desk and asked an employee named Yvette about switching rooms again due to the heat not working. She told me she would get a maintenance man up to fix it. She promised this for 2 days after telling us that there was no rooms to switch us to as well. It was an absolutely horrible experience. Unfortunately we did not have any money 2 leave there and go get a room somewhere else so our children had to suffer. Thanks a lot Hampton Inn & Suites.
We've stayed here twice in the last two weeks. Nice rooms, great beds/pillows, full breakfast, friendly staff. Overall a fantastic place to stay.
5 days here. Great people, perfect rooms. This being 1 week after Hurricane Irma !
Love this place. All the staff is awesome. Front desk linda is great at her job and so nice and helpful.
And there is cindy she does laundry and over sees that the rooms are cleaned to perfection. She is so sweet and helpful. These 2 ladies went over and beyond to make stay great.
Stayed here two weeks ago on our way to a beach house and my daughter left her blanket behind. We didn't even realize this until we left the beach house a week later. I called them and they still had it. I let them know that I'd try to come get it but they offered to ship it to us.
We received the blanket on our door step yesterday morning!
This is ONE HAPPY LITTLE GIRL!!
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
Hotel is clean and the complementary breakfast is really good. However, they screwed up our reservation and gave us the key to our room which already had a sleeping guest in it. Needless to say we were all surprised when we walked in on this poor sleeping woman at around 12:30am. They gave us a new room quickly though and all was good. Housekeeping was a bit too persistent with their door knocking in the morning for two very tired people with a Do Not Disturb sign on their door. Wouldn't stop me from staying again though.
We booked at this location and let me tell you one of the best experience I've ever had. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly with a last minute booking. We will definitely book again at this location.
Nice quiet place to stay in Pasco Cty., clean and meat also. Reasonably priced and decent breakfast included with your stay.
Did not stay there but attendrd an event. The staff was super nice. The place is very accessible for people with disabilities!
Easy check in. Fair breakfast with hot options. Doors are a bit loud when they close and you can hear them from your room. Pool is clean and cool.
Greetings from Tampa!! Wow!!! Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We are so happy you had a wonderful stay! We do our best to make sure each and every guest has a great stay at our hotel. We hope that you will visit again soon. Sincerely, Jessica O AGM
