Some of the staff their was truly exceptional but any business is only as good its management. I am a totally different person as a result of my last experience all I can do is stand up for myself!

Great staff, makes you feel like q person and not just a test subject L, the pharmacy is great too. You will be taken care of here. I've been going here for a little over a decade and I feel good going here monster what's going on with me.

I had a really great review of this place when I first started coming here however today that review has changed. I am pregnant and I had to tell them that before any x-rays. So the dental assistant is talking to me and ask me when the wedding is and I told her there is not one and she proceeds to say "oh you know what they say, why buy the cow when you get the milk for free?" How unprofessional are you? Unfortunately, the manager wont be back in his office till the 16th, but he will surely be getting a call from me and my pissed off boyfriend. I really liked this place but now I never want to go back.

I don't like how the lil assistant spoke to me when I came back in after having work done and noticed my tooth had been nicked. Then she wants to say it going to be a couple hours before the Dentist can look at it. I work for this health care system and don't like how trinity health runs both Mercy and Hackley clinical sites.

Great care. Grannies are unreliable baby sitters. Sometimes the waits are longer than expected.

For my kids Dr. Hultman has been amazing. I love her and how she interacts with the kids and communicates with the adults. For the adults in my family we have not been as lucky. I would definitely recommend them if your looking for care for a child.

I have such a connection with my dr here. Never sitting in the waiting room for long, They actually treat me like a person instead of a check. I recommend my friends and family to get drs here.
