Great place for winter storage. They are on time and efficient. Even will pick up your boat for no charge anywhere on Muskegon lake.

After an incompetent mechanic caused a number of problems with our Universal M25 diesel, we decided to replace it entirely. Torresen Marine staff did an outstanding job of accomplishing that and went well beyond the level of detail and skills I'd found at other marinas in Chicago and Michigan. Highly recommended for diesel and sailboat owners!

Recently while sailing in Muskegon Lake the screws holding the gougeon on my day sailer tore out. The next morning I took the boat to Torresen Marine just looking for some advice. I got way more than that!!
John Reelman took the time to look over my issue, gave me a few options on how I could repair the problem myself if I wanted and had a suggestion on how he could help. He went way beyond the scope of what I had hoped for when I stopped in. He custom fit a new mount, drilled all the appropriate holes and gave me clear instructions on how to proceed on my own. They provided everything I needed to finish repairing my boat with little effort. It cost much less in time and money than I ever expected.
John's professionalism, expertise, patience, wisdom and customer service were extraordinary. He exceeded my goals and expectations. We were able to implement his suggestions and provisions which allowed us to continue sailing during the remainder of our vacation. Something I had little hope was possible.
Thank you very much to the entire Torresen family for their service and commitment to Muskegon and West Michigan.

Although it is a lot of work when we get out to Torresen, it's always nice to have their expertise. They provide great service, have exception knowledge of Sailboats, and are always hospitable. Pricing is on the high end but it's a one stop shop.

Used to use this marina to haul out. Never again. The woman on the phone told my husband that there was no place for our boat and then added "the longer this conversation goes on, the worse it gets.". We are happy in Pentwater. Won't be using Torresons again.

We have kept our boat on the hard at Torresen for several years. This is a good place, well run, good people, family owned. Excellent painting with indoor heated cure building & reasonable prices. You can do almost any work in the yard including outside contractors as long as you do not create a hazard or mess for the other boats. They make local house calls in the area. They will pick up your boat at local marinas for winter haul-out & you do not need to be there. Ships store is pretty well stocked. There is a used inventory (Gordon's Garage) that might have what you need. There are used masts available. Many other services - call.
