I truly enjoy going to one of the last old school malls from the 90's. Probably won't be around in 5 years so check it out while you still can. There is never a large crowd and if you go through bed bath and beyond when the open up at 9 am you can enter the mall while all the other stores are closed and walk with all of the mall walkers. Exciting fun no matter how you slice it. Most of the stores are smaller so sometimes selection can be a little off but overall a nice place.

The place looks good for the holidays. The vacant stores are being used for some temporary stores, so the place is bustling. Park out back to avoid the traffic in front! Much easier to shop here than in Grand Rapids. Lots of food places in the area as well. 4 stars instead of 5 because they just don't have the selection of stores available that a larger community could support.

The play place is fun and super clean. Took my daughter to specifically just to play. She loved it especially getting to play with other kids around her age

Pretty nice for the mall experience. They have a nice play area for the younger kids. Cleanliness is about what you would expect for a mall: not the worst but could be better. Double check their hours. On Sundays for example, some stores open at 10am but the mall doesn't open until noon.

If you have to use the bathroom while shopping, good luck. This mall is dirty and the bathrooms are even worse than the main part of the mall. There are quite a few shops empty and leaks in the ceiling. It is clear this mall is struggling like any other retail business. They can't even keep all the lights on. It is a good place to walk around if you are bored, and want to do some light shopping.

Always can find parking. Play area is right next to rest rooms. Many stores of varying kinds. Good place to shop or hang out.

They're getting rid of some of the stores u love shopping in. Its so sad to see them go. But the places they still have are okay. I'd just rather travel a little farther to Rivertown Crossings for more options.

It's a great place to walk around and see a lot of different types of stores. We have our favorites that we try to visit every time we are there. Like Campus Den, Spencers (love the new layout of the store!), The Comic Book Store, I like to go to Victoria's Secret (my husband not so much, and there are a few more that we go to as well. We don't always buy something, but we have a nice time walking and looking at things and Dreaming, and Hoping, and Wishing. 🌝

It's a decent mall. But shopping habits of the public are changing toward online shopping. But people still like brick & mortar. Hopefully the mall can keep up with changing trends of the public.

I took my son to play in their play place for children. He enjoys being able to interact with other kids and most children are pretty nice there. The stores in the mall are of your average retail mall stores. Nothing fancy. Chuck E Cheese's is also located there at the mall.

I've been to the mall since I was a kid, through high school going with my friends to hit up the food court, and now shopping for essentials and things that aren't too expensive to buy. The security isn't very assuring I never see a guard except rarely. It's a nice place to be, but it could be cleaner and have better staff in the stores. I'm going with 3
