Corrupt Towing scam! Apparently, the town of Lansing has given this company permission to tow ANY VEHICLE that has been ticketed (correctly or incorrectly). My son did receive a ticket, but my son parked his bike in HIS correct space. The ticket says he was parked in the space next to that. This happens over Thanksgiving break so we have racked up a $575 bill, which H&H has generously (sic) discounted to $400 dollars! We HAVE NOT HAD OUR DAY IN COURT!

More importantly, H&H Mobile's "customer service" people were rude and impolite on the phone with my wife and I when we called to ask questions, about why the charges are so high. My son is a student at Michigan State, and he can't afford this. The guy we got on the phone, "Tim" is at best a jerk, and at worst the guy who profits from other people's misery.

Oh and thanks to Lansing's government for giving these guys licence to PISTOL WHIP student property without having their day in court. At the very least monitor this company if they are doing work for you. I'm sure Lansing doesn't care much, at $400 bucks a tow, they are RAKING IT IN!

Finally, there are some who think we should park more carefully, rather than complain. We WHOLEHEARTEDLY AGREE. My issue here though is the cost of this situation, and the treatment of myself and my wife by this company.

Lady (if you want to call her that) behind the counter, Sandy. Is the rudest most condescending woman I think I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Very bad attitude and obviously feels superior to others by the way she talks down on people. She is a very disrespectful person and I don’t think she is qualified whatsoever in having a customer service job. Strictly based on her demeanor, I will never be visiting this location again.

Not as quick as some locals. Surprised by price comparison.

I've only stopped here for gas but I've been coming to this store since I was a kid used to walk up and get candy. The Little's are a vary nice family and so is the staff.

I had a particularly difficult high-end vehicle to tow. Seth really took pride in his work and did a great job. To be frank, the extra work he had to do was probably a pain in the ass for him, and he never complained and his friendly demeanor didn't waver. Did an excellent job through and through. I recommend these guys 10/10
If you read this, thanks Seth

Very professional, very quick, but unfortunately, very expensive. I had an alternator go out on my van as we were visiting E.Lansing for the State finals boys basketball games.

This problem would have been an easy fix at home but since I was an hour away, I really needed help. An alternator, belt, and battery replacement was quoted at over $700! Really? Are we using premium parts on a 2003 Windstar? I asked them to just replace the alternator. Price $400. $261 on the part.

My local mechanic quoted me $400 replacing all 3 of the items listed before. Go somewhere else that doesn't overcharge

I had my vehicle towed by this service and when I went to pick it up , It had scratches on it, I kindly asked about and the driver said they were already there.

Girl behind the counter was rude and did not understand my questions, she instead got snotty because of the language barrier so therefore my questions were not answered. The mechanic was very nice who helped me with the pump.
Won't use this station again due to the unpleasant treatment from the cashier. The other cashiers were always nice but as long as the rude girl is there I will not return
