Had stuff in storage here for almost a year in between moves. Excellent facility, very clean, climate controlled, easy access, great communication & follow up. Easy online payment options as well. Steve & staff went out of their way to help with everything, personally remembering when I'd be brining things in and out. This was one of the most pleasant places I've ever done business with. Highly recommended.

Super clean, reasonably priced climate controlled storage. When the staff is there, they are very amenable to letting you drive your car into their loading bay to load/unload. Best wheel cart ever.

I studied local storage facilities so that we could get the best price and service on a unit to store several large furniture items for a six month period or so. I made sure to visit Storage Solutions before deciding anything because I knew the owners, Susie and Steve. Steve greeted us at the door to the facility on a Saturday as walk-ins, gave us a tour, and rented us a unit for several months. We liked several things about the facility and the owners. First, the facility is new and sparkling. It has room and units and choice of location inside the facility (it's filling up though!). The units are roomy and easily accessible, all indoors! Second, the location is easily accessible and I backed a moving truck into the bay to unload off Beech Street which is very quiet. It was a beautiful day when we moved items in, but if it had been iffy weather, all would have been covered. Third, Steve is a great host. He rented us the unit, helped us maneuver in the facility when we had questions, and generally made himself available to us. That's a great selling point, and ultimately the number 1 reason we rented a unit. That kind of service is novel these days; and it's a hallmark of this business, which is refreshing.
