Owner quoted me a price on a tire. Drove 40 minutes out there the next day and he tries to tell me he quoted the wrong tire. His new price was $70 higher. I know what the tire cost because I did my research before I went there. He could of been a man and stood behind the price he quoted me but since he did'n't I went to someone closer to home who did match the price, and their mounting fee was $20 cheaper. Only reason I went out there was because he had the tire in stock. Never going back.

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Went in to get sized up for some Klim gear, as I had won a coupon at March Moto Madness this year. No other Klim dealers in the area had motorcycle gear in stock - which is surprising and annoying, but this dealership had the most I've seen in one spot. Even though the coupon code prevented me from giving them my business, they were still friendly and accommodating to my search for the right size. I will definitely be back to support the business! Special thanks to Nancy and Eddy who helped me out! :)

Was in to look around.Great place! Way more gear than the bigger bike shops! Good gear not cheap crap.Everyone was great ! Even the dogs lol.Heck I even ate donuts! Im sold will buy bike there !

The rating is a average of all my experiences with BMWMOC.
Purchased a new bike there 5 stars.
Purchased tons of gear there like GS dry suit, glove, shirts, etc. 5 stars.
Warranty issue on BMW gear. 4 stars.
Performed the first inspection there 3 stars.
Communication with dealership. 2 stars.
Had a warranty issue on by bike. 1 star.

In summary: Great selection of gear. Very nice building. I probably won't be buying anymore bikes there and will not have anything serviced there. Been in the building before when other customers melt down about services performed. Had some uncomfortable situations there as a normal customer.
