Meh. Breakfast stinks and toilet didn't flush. Night receptionist did not know what she was doing. Was overcharged 428.00 upon arrival (which is not protocol for any hotel) and on top of that I paid 370.00 on priceline and room wasn't clean. Will not stay again.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I booked online a queen bed for $164.99. When I arrived there was no room available so they tried to give me a single for $199, when I complained she said I had to call reservations. They said I would get the single for the same price as the queen. What?!! Why am I paying the same price for a smaller bed when you booked me a room you didn't have? She said it was the best they could do until I could call guest relations in the morning. I was going to take the single at $164.99 until I could call guest relations but the girl working the desk (the one who told me to call reservations) wouldn't discount the rate even after the reservationist spoke with her directly. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!

Awefulnoisy smellyNEVER AGAIN WOULD I STAY HEREit was soooooo bad that by 3:30 a.m. in the morning as dogs barked..loud tv.. Loud music Banging on the walls..cigarette smell in bedding even though non smoking roomwe went to our car drove down the parking lot where no one was and finally slept for 3 hours in our car and then left for home at 6:30a.m.. This place should be condemned

The Extended Stay America chain is pretty consistent. It offers decent accommodations for a budget price. Unfortunately, this location is sub-par compared to others. The room I stayed in was outdated and very worn. It also wasn't cleaned thoroughly. This location has doors opening to the outside so it was nosier than usual. I would probably stay here again because the $55 special rate was fair. I'm not very picky but I imagine someone particular might not be satisfied.

Worst of ESA anywhere. Do not even go if they are even offering it in cheap. I booked a non-smoking room, when I reached there around 11 PM with my 3 years old kid they said they are left with just this one. I called few places at that time in the night I did not get another room anywhere else so I agreed to stay in the room. After an hour my daughter started feeling suffocated I ended up making her sleep in my SUV. Very bad people girl at reception was very rude. And from every where else there was weed smell coming. So no idea who was smoking. I will not recommend this place to even my enemy.

Make sure you request a non-smoking room. They put myself and 3 kids in a smoking room and it took us until the next day, and going to the office 4 times to finally get moved.

It was during high point furniture show we had 4 rooms and paid $269 + tax per room per night but all three rooms were disgusting!!!! except one room. I know what to expect from a motel but nobody should stay in a nasty room conditions at any price. God sake this is 21st century and America.
Rooms were disgusting! Bed covers and sheets were dirty. Batroom doors were dirty. Hotel staff was rude! Requested to have our room cleaned but when we returned to our rooms middle of the night we found out that it wasn't done. and she(receptionist) said that we have to wait and then she would give us bed sheets so we could change it on our own.
then, immediately we decided to change our hotel, we drove 20 miles farther to get a clean hotel. and we did. At first they were supposed to charge for the first night but we were profiled and charged for 3 nights. Bad business!!!

It's very nice for a Extended Stay. The grounds are covered with trees and have picnic areas with grills. The rooms are good size with kitchenettes. If u have kids u have plenty of area to play in and there is Celebration Station next door and a playground at the entrance.

Alrighty, so I'm writing this to hopefully inform and alleviate some of the concerns potential hotel goers may have about this property (I know I had a lot when I reserved here and I would have loved a review like this)

About my stay - 1.5 months in April/June 2017. I was in a first floor room in the back of the hotel.

In my opinion, the most important factor when determining whether or not to stay here is the noise (specifically from the Go-Karts next door and I40) - I had arguably one of the worst located rooms in the hotel in regards to these (next to both). However, generally I40 is more of a white noise than a busy intersection unless a particularly loud vehicle passes by. The singing of the birds in the nearby trees were often louder than the traffic.

The Go-Karts however, are very easily heard. The biggest issue you would potentially have is if you go to bed early, they could get a bit annoying then. I've also randomly heard them going around at about 2 am too, but they shouldn't be loud enough to wake you. That said, I am in probably one of the worst rooms for this noise, if you're not immediately next to them it should be considerably quieter.

If you can handle all of that the rest of the stay should be pretty pleasant. Check in is very easy and the front office staff are friendly. TV channel selection is small like most hotels (30-ish channels) but I could always find something to watch. Internet is so-so, I was able to stream shows and videos at low resolution without too much buffering, email and web surfing worked well.

Bed was very comfortable, sheets and towels were clean (with week + stays house cleaning comes by weekly to refresh linens), kitchen had a fridge, microwave, and stove that all worked (my only issue with those is that the stove dials were put on backwards but easily worked around). Nothing was "new" but they all did what they needed to well. I did not have any issues with the bathroom, water, a/c, etc. Parking was usually pretty easy to find next to my room.

TL:DR - Other than noise in some rooms, good place to stay.

That's about it, hopefully this alleviates some of your concerns and answers some potential questions you may have.

This hotel is extremely old, outdated and in disrepair. We only stayed because we arrived at 1am with 3 children. The carpet, comforters and furnishings were beyond well aged and cheap, the light switches didn't work so you couldn't turn the lights on upon arrival without walking into a dark room. The toilet paper holder was missing the tube to hold it, the drawers in the dresser were broken and didn't shut. The door locked but was rigged together and appeared to have been broken into at some point. Ironically, new flooring had been put down in the kitchenette area and bathroom and artwork seemed new. This is not like any Extended Stay I've ever been to before.
