This was a great convention center. The staff was friendly. Harry, the Shoe Shine guy, was great and gave an excellent show shine. The food was pricey, plan to go surrounding restaurants or the North Market for food.

The "gentleman" working the guard shack to the loading dock was a complete jerk. Needed to drop off a few things quickly to a customer exhibiting in a trade show and the gate was open and shack unattended when I pulled up. He came out and accused me of opening the closed gate and told me he would tow my vehicle if I walked inside with the armload of things I was carrying. I needed to make 3-4 trips and was forced to park across the street outside the gate making something that should have taken 15 minutes take over an hour after waiting on traffic to cross both ways. Hopefully his little power trip made him happy at least.

This place is absolutely huge. You'll be walking a lot as its more than two blocks long north to south. Don't get the food there as it is a bit pricey. If you do happen to eat here, it's not bad. It's always a good venue for lots of big events. It gets very crowded every weekend in the summer. Bathrooms are fairly clean for a place this big. Lots of big open areas make it easier to find your way around. Keep your little kids with you or they could get lost in the big crowds.

One of the better convention centers I've been to. The layout is a bit stretched, but makes good use of the space available. Large, open areas outside the convention center rooms itself are conducive to large-size crowd mingling. Definitely no feeling of claustrophobia here. Security staff was helpful and friendly, and support staff seemed to be right on top of things. No issues and pretty seamlessly run.

Absolutely gorgeous facility! The staff and volunteers present for our conference were extremely helpful and friendly. I'm not sure who was providing our meals and snacks but I believe it was the staff at the conference center - either way, every meal was delicious. Everything was always clean and taken care of. Nothing but great things to say about this facility!

**Be aware that this is a HUGE venue and it's not hard to get lost on your first day

Great place! Was here for the national Girl Scout Convention. Well laid out, fairly easy to navigate, parking wasn't extortionate but the food was! They didn't have a price list up for the food and l now know why. The food wasn't bad, don't get me wrong. Nearly $55 for 4 meals and 2 drinks! I could have gone to an eat in restaurant for less than that and had desserts.

A great place. The staff keep things clean, and are super friendly. If you are hosting an event in Columbus, I would highly suggest the Greater Columbus Convention Center. They will make your time worthwhile and work together with you to make sure your event has everything it needs.

The convention center is nice, they are just completing an expansion to the north and connecting it to the new garage.
Some of the Food Court vendors are to be desired. I understand that people in a conference might like a quick sandwich but is there any reason to have 2 subways open when there isn't an event? I'm not sure if I know of anyone brave enough to try chicken and egg, it just seems..strange.
Back to the point - the vendors here are all long time tenants, the newest might be 3 years old and there aren't plans for change that I can tell.

This place is huge. Has a great location. Plenty of staff. It takes a little while to get around but everywhere you are met with convenience and nifty architecture. The travel time isn't boring inside. Friends had their vehicle windows smashed out and pilfered. It seems to happen a lot. More competent security would be nice

I only ever come here for anime cons but it's always amazing especially during the fact that they have to deal with a whole bunch of annoying people. I love the remodeling that they did but not the fact that they boxed off me and my friend's corner 😂😂
I wish they'd put more food options but I can understand why they didn't since it's a Hotel. It just seems like they don't have a lot of food options when the hotel has thousands of people in it.

Plenty of parking, nearby hotels, located in downtown setting. It's a big place and they do a good job getting people in and out of the conventions.
There's a food court in the convention center. I also suggest the North Market, within walking distance, if looking for more food options. Check the hours before going though.

Columbus is a great town. The convention center is conveniently located. People there were great to work with. Much better than NYC or Las Vegas in my opinion.

Nice convention center, so nice to be so close to north market - I never eat so we'll on conferences! It's worth finding the Starbucks in the conference center as well, over crimson cup coffee.
