Great deals available all the time. The place have a lot of lanes.

Good bowling alley. Large at 52 lanes. A little on the expensive side, but there are good specials to take advantage of to combat that. Staff I've dealt with have all been friendly, and the rental shoes are in good shape/new.

A group of colleagues and I decided to come here to bowl for the Monday night special we saw on their website, we even called 2 weeks prior to confirm or see if we could reserve lanes and we were told to come early and we would have no problem to secure the 1-2 lanes we needed. We showed up at about around 7-7:30 to socialize and order drinks, they were busy per leagues but had 6 open lanes. At 7:50ish we spoke to the man at the counter about bowling and he we so RUDE, said the website is wrong and unlimited bowling starts at 9pm There was SIGN right NEXT to him that said 8PM, he then said all lanes reserved per leagues- we asked about open ones and was told a league would be coming in for those "right now, right now". We decided to sit back, order food and wait. Only ONE of those lanes filled and others kept opening up in different areas, he then calls us over a little before 9 and offers 2 lanes. I do not recommend this bowling alley to anyone- worst customer service and a waste of time; the only thing good about this place was the fried pickles! Well, cheese pizza wasn't bad either.

Showed up at about 6:45 on Monday the 23rd. With plans to bowl the unlimited bowling that the website (as well as signs within the establishment) say starts at 8pm. The man behind the counter said I couldn't get a lane until 9pm and that is when it began. There were 6 lanes in the middle of the alley that were "reserved" starting at 8pm. Why couldn't I have those lanes until these people showed up? Overall the guy behind the counter was rude and unhelpful. Didn't seem like they wanted our business if we were not in a league.

Great place to bowl and have parties. New gm Chris is awesome. Friendly staff. Fun music and lighting.

Don't bowl here. Many people like this place for parties because it's a bit on the larger size. But just trust me, it's not worth it. I am yet to see an employee at sawmill who wasn't rude or who would lift a finger to help a guest. I'm pretty sure this place makes most of it's money off of tricking people who don't regularly bowl into thinking that their prices are reasonable. They are not. Go to Sequoia or Capri. You'll pay half as much and the staff won't just ignore you. In fact, if you want a better bowling experience, just throw a rock at an angry badger.

Horrible service. Went to try to play tonight but they said that they were closing due to "summer hours" in April and they were closing an hour early. Not posted on the website or door. Sounded like bull. Would have been ok if the employees were not really rude.

Place is pretty good. 52 lanes makes it easier to get a lane. A little pricey for open bowl compared to other places.

Went with my family on a Saturday at around 5pm. We walked in to find the place mostly empty with only a few games in use. Once we got to the counter, the two staff members behind the counter ignored us for five minutes before telling us that we could not bowl because they were full until 11pm. We left and I tried to call to get a better explanation of what happened, but after listening to a menu for three minutes and finally getting to the option to talk to a representative, the phone was picked up and they immediately hung up. Very bad experience and we will not be returning.

A lot of lanes and there is always something going on. The normal bowling prices feel a little high, unless you do large blocks of time.
But honestly, this place shines the most when you are apart of a league. I have done three different leagues here and always had a wonderful time. Very affordable to get a team in, and they provide a hefty discount on additional games/food/drinks.response / report this review
