Dr. Drew Crisler is a Life Saver! While out chasing butterflies Copper was bit in the head twice by a poisonous snake. Within minutes of the bite Copper's head had already begun to swell, she was drooling excessively, and had become lethargic. We are new to the area and hadn't established a Veterinarian yet, so we called Dr. Drew. Luckily, he agreed to meet us immediately. Having worked in the veterinary field myself for 19 years, I was extremely pleased with the way Dr. Drew handled our emergency. He was professional, courteous, and explained each decision he made while treating her. We took Copper home after being treated and she began to show improvement the next day. We are very thankful Dr. Drew agreed to meet with us on a Saturday evening. Had he not, Copper may not be with us any longer. We will definitely be using Dr. Drew Chrisler with Fort Scott Veterinary Center again! Thank you !!
