They're very nice here and you can tell the staff really loves animals. They didn't mind seeing my cat last minute 20 minutes before closing time. They didn't charge me extra for that, plus prices are affordable!

Everyone there was helpful and caring to me and my best friend, Sophie. 🐾

Reason for 4 stars is only because waiting room was kind of cramped, and I think it's because it was a particularly busy day for them. I can understand why-they are terrific!

I came here to check up on my dog due to his constant biting on his skin, and the doctor I had was just horrible. I had an old male doctor who could barely see and check up on my dog. He needed an assistant to thrust my dog onto the table by grabbing my dog on the front and back legs brutally. He did not have a rash, or any swollenness, so I asked whether it might be due to a stress, and the doctor simply said he does not know what the problem is, but he's going to prescribe us non-itch pills which could potentially cause more dehydration and sickness as a side effect. How would I trust a doctor who prescribes you random white tablets when the doctor himself does not even know how to diagnose a pet?

Taken all my doggies here and they were all well-cared for. Staff is courteous and easy to talk with. They care about animals and take good care of them.
