Recently our dog passed away. We had her over 10 years and only went to auburn vet but have always been pleased with dr Clemens and recently more than ever because when we had to put our best friend down the staff was more than amazing and accommodating. What touched my heart the most was receiving a card shortly after losing Leia from everyone at auburn vet with the sweetest thoughts and sayings. It was such a thoughtful gesture and it should be recognized. When and if there is another companionwe will definitely stay loyal to dr Clemens. Thank you for making a difficult situation so much brighter. Leia is dearly missed and will be forever remembered.

Our 2 cats were scheduled for a dental procedure. X ray machine broke but no one told us! We took our pets all the way there (we are a half hour away) then were told that the X ray was broken. They only called me but not my spouse, eventhough they specifically asked for both of our numbers when I dropped the cats off. I did not get the message until almost 2 hours after they left the message because I was in work meetings. Then I find out that they did not even FEED our pets even though they had been fasting for 14 hours by the time they notified us of the broken machine. I had to ask them to feed our pets asap. What were they waiting for? For them to starve some more? For what? When I voiced my concerns, Paul tried to bully us and then told us they were not going to be our vet anymore- are you serious? We don't want a vet who does not care about our time and the health of our pets. Watch out, you're not allowed to be concerned for your pets! If you voice your concern, they will tell you they won't be your vet!

We've been a client of Auburn Veterinary Hospital since 1976. We have taken all of our pets there, and they have always received superior care. The entire staff does a wonderful job, and they are very caring. We have full confidence this kind of care will continue in the future. We highly recommend them. Thank you!

My dog was limping and had a skin infection. Dr Clemens took leptosirosis test (came negative) and prescribed antibiotics. When the antibiotic was over i contacted Dr Clemens 3 times asking to call for prescription. He never responded and never called. i got 210$. my dog is still limping and still has skin infection. i am very surprised and disappointed

I love Dr. Brenda and her assistants. The boarding and grooming group are also wonderful. I think their website and automated messages need some work. Recently I have been getting reminders for puppy shots when I do not even have a puppy?!
Finally, while I am happy with most of the administrative workers, I have never had a good experience with Jess, whom I believe is the office manager. In person, I do not feel comfortable with her. When I have had a concern, she is very short with me and there is rather cold in her response.
Most recently, I almost ran out of prescription food for our cat because of a number of mistakes and delays she was responsible for in getting the prescription to the food provider. I have had a variety of pets for over 30 years and dealt with at least 5 different Veterinary practices, but this is the first time that I have met someone that I never want to deal with on any issue ever again. I have expressed my dissatisfaction to the practice and I will avoid working with Jess if at all possible.

We have loved Dr Clemens for many years and several pets. His down to earth manner and caring stuff are perfect for us and our dogs love going to see him. Recent years have seen many continuous improvements, including beautiful new facilities, but the level of service has remained unchanged and continues to exceed our expectations; obviously we are big fans! Clean, friendly, professional, and caring. These guys are the best. Bridge Creek Kennels is also an amazing "camp" for dogs and our guys love going.
