One of the best Doctors in this area!!! I trust her with all of my pets and she always offers me options for when my pet is ill. She has been wonderful helping diagnose and treat my dog that has a thyroid condition so my pet can lead a happy healthy life!

Such a wonderfully sensitive and attentive Doctor and Staff. Great communication and time spent explaining in detail each issue, diagnostics and solution. Could not have found a better veterinary clinic.

Woke up to pet throwing up, Called and they more or less said bring over 340$ to cover test or don't come.
No help and when we said we are on limited income all they did was bread down why instead of offering any type of help..
More like Heartless Veterinary

Dr. Shannon spayed my dog and took the best care of her! She has the biggest heart of any Veterinarian I've dealt with, we won't be going anywhere else! She also took the time to examine my cat on a very busy day at the clinic and I'm so happy to say she is now back to being healthy! Thanks so much Hartland Veterinary Clinic for such great care!

I've been taking my animals here since the original owner and I can honestly say care with the new owner is just as great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and really assist you and your pet with what you need.

When the unthinkable happens to your pet, they have the best bedside manner and really take care of you through the hard times. I would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Shannon and the whole staff are so wonderful in their practice. They genuinely care about each and every animal that walks through their doors, and have done an exceptional job helping me with my kitten. I am very happy to have found them and recommend them to everyone!

First time visiting there. I brought my cat in for a checkup. I sensed an unethically uninviting atmosphere. All that mattered was charging me for whatever they could. This doctor was not friendly towards my cat at all. Not too professional as well. She seemed a bit uneducated on the reason for my visit. Well I surely will NOT be going back there! First impressions tell a lot!

My family and myself have been bringing our dogs here since we moved here. The whole staff is absolutely wonderful, 100% caring and loving all the time and always know what they are doing. Dr. Shannon is one of the best vets I have seen. I trust this place fully.

We have a 2 year old female Wheaton Terrier that has been seen by Dr. Shannon since we brought her home. Dr. Shannon and the Heartland staff have been wonderful to us and our fur baby. We had tummy troubles early on with our pup and they were able to help us change food instead of jumping into something more medical like pills. We have called and had same day appointments which has put our first time puppy parent minds at ease. Dr. Shannon is so sweet and kind to our little girl and takes the time to make sure we understand what is going on, what procedure is needed and what follow up care is going to be. We've never felt rushed in an appointment and she has often been able to do many labs while we wait, which is great. We've recommended Heartland Vet to many friends in the area who all have enjoyed their care and professional treatment of their pets.

Me and my animals have been treated with respect and professionalism every time I have visited Hartland Vet Clinic. It is great to see a young Veterinarian such as Dr. Shannon at work because of the enthusiasm and passion she shows for animals and people. I know my Doberman is in good hands whenever she needs care. Wonderful Vet clinic with a great doctor and friendly co-workers. Highly recommended.
