Called this place on a 2017 Polaris 1000. Left 2 messages for Kevin , because I wanted to discuss the Ranger 1000 he listed. Called back for the 3rd time and ask for anybody else in sales and they give me Kevin. “Yeah, what’s up? No that’s sold, but we have new ones we can sell you”! Way to important to be a salesman! Had to give them at least 1 star, the lady that answered was nice!

Horrible experience w/this company. Salesman lied to me about product I was buying. Size engine I was told I was buying doesn't even exist in 2016 ETX Ranger Side by Side that I bought. Never dreamed this company would run the scam they did. Have had recurring problem of grinding sound. Great Outdoors informed me Polaris refuses to authorize parts to repair issue even though it is still under warranty. This is an extremely shady & dishonest business & I highly recommend NOT to do business with them.

And if you want to sell to the majority of the working class, DON'T RUN YOUR BUSINESS STRICTLY TO BANKERS HOURS. Have at least one WEEKDAY that's open until at least 7p.m.

Very very overpriced on anything you will buy here. Doesn't want to honor Polaris coupons and rebates but call themselves Polaris dealers. Don't waste your time here, make the trip to Lexington and visit the Polaris dealer there! Prices are much better, we saved $5,000 on a newer, bigger Razor than what they were trying to sell us. We drove an hour to Lexington when we live in the same town as Great Outdoor Powersports. Had recall on first machine, ordered the parts through them since we bought it there, they never called us to tell us the parts were in like they promised us they would. Called them, parts had been there for two weeks! Was supposed to take 2 hours to fix, got our machine back two days later. Very unorganized, lied about prices and we called Polaris ourselves about all these issues and reported them and their lies. POLARIS SAID THEY WERE LYING TO US AND ASKED US TO GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALER! You should do the same, we will from here on out. If I could give zero stars I would. Waste of time, waste of money, save yourself the drama and the greed of this place.

I can not say enough about the employees of GOP&L. They were so patient, helpful and friendly. From Kevin in sales, the service center employees, and Kevin in finance. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, and made sure I felt "at home" while I was there. We were very satisfied with this company and its employees and will not only continue to shop there, will highly recommend Outdoor Powersports in Morehead Ky to anyone.
