First time there and had chorizo tacos. They were great! Also had some kind of hush puppy type thing as an appetizer that was delicious. Co worker has soup and salad. Another has a steak salad. I don't remember what the last person had. It all looked great. Can be a little expensive but good food.

I had the Smoked N Pulled and it was just about the best smoked pulled pork I have ever had! Amazing! My husband had the chicken and waffles and he said that it was delicious. I wish this place was closer to home; we would be here every week!

Went for breakfast- the service was good and our server was very nice and attentive but the food wasn’t good at all.
I asked for medium poached eggs and the whites were completely runny. My grilled tomatoes were so over cooked and mushy they wouldn’t stay on my fork and made the toast wet and soggy, and the bacon tasted like old grease.
I’ve read great reviews about their burgers- but I wouldn’t suggest going there for breakfast.response / report this review -

Sunday brunch was great. Wide variety if food: fresh scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, cheesy hash browns (not attractive but so good), hot brown casserole, breakfast burritos, french toast, omelette station, etc. Everything was quite tasty and fresh.
We sat on the second floor, but it was no problem even though we had to walk down to the buffet. Make a reservation if you want a better chance to sit on the first floor.response / report this review -

I love Dish on market but I have one complaint. Every time I call dish around noon I get put on hold, which is fine. However nobody ever gets back on the line and I've waited up to ten minutes. After I finally hang up I call again and it goes straight to voicemail. I end up never getting back hold of the building. This has happened multiple times and I'm usually cool about it. I suggests if you are going to put someone on hold to either get back with them inside ten minutes, or just tell them, "sir we are not currently taking orders by phone." Because clearly that is the case. Thank you.

I had a grilled chicken Cesar salad and my husband had the chicken and waffles. My salad was delish. I would've preferred smaller fresh parm shavings but the salad is a must have the dressing is thick and creamy not watered down and the croutons are homemade. The chicken and waffles by my husband's account was seasoned well syrup hot and waffle fluffy. All in all it was an awesome 1st time at Dish on Market. O yeah service was awesome. We'll definitely be back😉

This Place was god awful.. Do not ever get the Cuban if you go here.. I waited at least and hour and a half for my Cuban and it was cold and it was missing all the ingredients to even classify it as a Cuban.. When I finally got my food they have me chips instead of the Fries I asked for.. I asked for a refill on my Water and that took a half hour.. I asked for some mustard after they got my meal wrong and that took 15 minutes too.. No consideration whatsoever for goofing up my order.. Other than that the place was Great.. Cool set up, but I will never go back there.. I don't know how this place has good reviews. It was a Joke

Stopped in for cocktails a few days ago. Joe behind the bar was awesome. Gave us incredible service and good suggestions for other places in the area. Tried the Ruben Egg Rolls, they were gods but could have used a little more filling for my taste.

I could write pages about how much I love this restaurant, but I'm gonna try to keep it a little shorter. My wife and I had our rehearsal dinner (little more than 3 weeks ago) at DISH on Market. Manager/Owner Marshall Grissom sat down with us to discuss the menu, pricing, and all the little details. He was very kind and very professional.
The meal was absolutely wonderful. They created an outstanding environment in the upstairs dining area, and all of our guests seemed very satisfied at the end of the evening. The wait staff (Jo Lee in particular, apologize for spelling) were fantastic. They are such kind folks, and we felt very blessed to have them there taking care of everyone. This was all consistent with our experiences coming there at other times since we moved to Louisville a little over a year ago.
To conclude, the food is excellent, the pricing VERY reasonable, and the staff are second to none. We love DISH, and it will always be a special place for us. We'll see you soon, no doubt!response / report this review -

Like to start off by saying our server, who I believe was also the bartender, was very informative, friendly and did a great job. He knew his liquor and made us feel comfortable and invited. I ordered the chicken and waffles and my friend ordered the salmon. Both dishes were good, nothing to write home about, but good solid dishes. And in consideration of the price, the dishes were very good. The only downside would be the drink menu. It was so hot outside, and inside too for that matter, that I was hoping for a refreshing libation but the drink menu contained drinks you would expect in fall not summer. But after hearing my comment on the drink list, our server/bartender quickly offered a rum, lime juice, simple syrup concoction that was tasty. All in all, I would come back and recommend to a friend.

I walked into this restaurant to get breakfast and the hostess said it'd take half an hour to be seated. After 25 minutes had passed, another party of six (mine was six too) walked in and was immediately seated. We heard them say they didn't have a reservation, yet they were seated before us. After we confronted the hostess about this, she proceeded by saying it would be an additional 20 minutes until we'd be seated. We stormed out and I never plan on coming here again. I do not recommend at all.

We had the chef's table tasting dinner with wine tasting. It was fantastic the food chef Mike prepared was absolutely delicious. Service was also outstanding.

Our server Courtney was excellent and made our experience very enjoyable. She answered all our questions and gave great recommendations. The harvest mule cocktail was really good.
