The restaurant is located downtown Louisville and is the only one open on Sunday for lunch and dinner. The Teriyaki Salmon with asparagus was simple and tasty. The Salmon sandwich was fair. The Spinach salad (without its bacon) was good. Restaurant offers garage parking. Although street parking was available on Sunday.

The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Wasn't as expensive as expected. Menu selection wasn't as large as I anticipated either. I would give it a 3.5. The server was a little over zealous. He seemed to be removing menus from the hands of folks that seemed to still be mulling over them. Food was good but nothing special. Drink glasses were small so constant refills but he was staying on them.

The nonprofit where I volunteer had their leaders dinner here last night. Wonton appetizers were hot when they arrived & good. There were over 40 of us, so dinner was buffet style. Food was lightly seasoned, which is best for large groups I guess. Some loved it & went back for thirds, some like me were asking for condiments. Mgmt only provided one dedicated waiter, so service was slow. To his credit he was hopping all night & tried his best to provide good service. It took way too much time to get drink orders from the bar. At end of the night there was still food so they brought out to go boxes & let us take it home, which was nice surprise. Good group experience, but the food was not good enough to make me want to go back on my own.

The meal was good, but the food took forever to come out. We had a party of 13. They screwed up multiple things with the order and then brought my in laws burgers in after everyone had eaten. Terrible. They brought in wrong number of salad, wrong beer and got other order items incorrect. Manager was not at all apologetic but the server was very nice and apologetic. They finally took my in laws burgers off bill and boxed them up. Not impressed.

The Teresa's sweet chili chicken linguine and the green chili wontons are amazing! Everything else is average.

Bristol is one of my favorite places. The staff and management are always so kind when my daughter starts throwing a tantrum. The kids' portion are really large.

Had an excellent time and great meal tonight at this Downtown Louisville stop on the Urban Bourbon Trail. After a lack luster stop before landing here down the street we found this local joint. Great selection of Bourbon including a house selection and some rare items. Had their signature appetizer, the green Chile wontons, really good. I had the pork chop and my wife had the shrimp and grits. Menu is locally sourced, portions are generous and food was well prepared. We really enjoyed our meals, visit at the bar and highly recommend this spot. As an industry person, I believe this is the type of place the public is in need of, good food, good service and fair prices. Cheers Bristol Bar and Grille!

The downtown Bristol customer service was horrible. I ordered a hamburger that was supposed to be medium well and it came out well well well done. I then asked for something quick because everyone else's food was already out. The server suggested crab cake appetizers which were very small. When my bill came out nothing was comped and when I spoke to the manager he acted as if i should have been glad that he took off the hamburger. The food was terrible I will not be visiting that location again.

The food was decent, nothing bad, nothing special, it definitely has a feel of a chain restaurant (i.e. not much character) despite the location. My biggest knock was the service. Our waiter was extremely nice and was working hard, he just didn't have any help.

Saw waitress pour gin in cup and drink while on the job. Also ordered a bacon cheddar omelette and there wasnt any bacon. Waitress checked on us twice because of this I had to get plates and straws myself.

Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you want a drunk employee serve you and for you to plates/straws for yourself.

After waiting for one hour and after chasing down our waiter and manager , 5 out of the 6 of us were served our food. They completely forgot to cook food for the 6th person in our group. The food actually tasted great. The restaurant was not busy by any means. We will not be back.

My favorite place to eat hands down in the city of Louisville. Its Hot Brown is the best and it's made right. You need to go if you want a local treat. Expect to spend alittle more for the best experience.
