Not too bad. The sushi was not as fresh as I expected. I would recommend sitting at a table. I was wedged into my booth. Folks on the other side of me had the same problem. Service was friendly, but the poor waitress serving us needed help. It seemed like she was helping everyone in the restaurant.
Great experience, good sushi menu. We love eating at the hibachi tables. Always has special sushi rolls, check the sign by the sushi bar.
Plates were chipped, sushi was cheap but cheap for a good reason. Defiantly have had a better experience for less. Not worth the price and the friend rice and lo mien tasted like it had sugar added. Never going back.
Great cooking presentation. The food is high quality and filling. I always need a to-go box
My fiancé and I had dinner at the hibachi yesterday evening. It was the worst experience ever. We normally love coming and enjoying a delicious dinner, but last night was horrible. The cook was completely incompetent as to how to cook any of the meats. She completely over cooked the filet mignon and it was too salty. The scallops were severely undercooked and not edible. Additionally, the rice was not seasoned at all. The cook put my fiancé’s food on another customers plate then realized her mistake and picked the food up and put it on my fiancé’s plate. We paid $60 for horrible food and I’m not sure we will ever go back.
Came in for sushi and it was very good. Cleanliness of the restrooms needed lots of attention. Looks like it hasn't been cleaned in over a week. Makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like
The food was great and ready pretty quickly for takeout. The dumplings (Gyoza) were bigger than expected and tasted great, the kicker was the sauce. It was salty and sweet and mixed very well with the dumplings. The BMW roll tasted good and no hint of fishiness to it. I will be back to try other rolls and the noodles.
It was barely o.k. The food was edible and plain. There wasn't much flavor going on. The service was great though and everyone was friendly.
The Sunday dinner menu features a "two dine for $24" steak or chicken teppanaki dinner, which is the best value for Japanese restaurants in town. That, combined with draft Sapporo pitchers for $5 from 3-7 pm is a real bargain. Restaurant has been remodeled, is clean and staff are friendly. Chefs do a great job of keeping the customers happy and portions are large. Overall, good value for the price.
I love this place. The food is great, a nice wine selection and service is has always been good.
We love coming here. The service is great and the food is wonderful.
Great food! The staff is Lways very friendly as Well! :)
Monday night its really slow. Service has been friendly and polite. The hibachi grill chef was fun and enjoyable. Food here for me was just ok, nothing to write home about.
Such a great little place. Sauces are made in house, probably the best teriyaki sauce I've ever had, food was fresh and well prepared. Staff was friendly and enjoyed having conversations with the customers.
I had the spicy tuna roll, my only suggestion is the tuna could have been a little colder but the flavor was great. I also had their hibachi steak and it was great and reasonably priced.
Don't just pass this place buy because it looks simple from the outside, the flavor are complex and it is a true hidden gem.
