Lovely dishes inspired by the world. Some vegan dishes, some vegetation. Interesting decor. Sometimes I can't hear my friends over the jazz ensemble but we don't have to sit in that area. There is an outdoor area.

Ramsi's has a large menu. The food is varied on a global theme, but items can be made to order for people with simple taste preference. The restaurant has a Moroccan aesthetic. The service is friendly and accommodating. Prices have raised significantly over time, so for casual dining there are cheaper options, but it remains a pleasant treat once in awhile.

This restaurant has fascinating decor. The fountain in the outdoor cafe is beautiful. I found that the food was delicious, the atmosphere was everything from open to intimate and the personnel at the restaurant were always checking on you seeing if you need anything. This is a place I would recommend very much. Attached is a picture of the outdoor cafe fountain.

The Sunday buffet at Ramsi's Café On the World is one of the three best we have experienced in the city. Offering both breakfast and lunch options, one can't miss finding something that will satisfy their cravings. Their scrambled eggs are very fresh, an exception for most buffets. Multiple meat offerings, numerous ethnic offerings, delicious dessert options all come together for an excellent meal. As for beverages? I've never seen this: large urns of milk and orange juice, self-serve, all you can drink. Excellent. We will be returning, for sure.

I always enjoy coming to Ramsi's. The menu has so many great options in global flavors, especially for vegetarians. It's a great option for people with different tastes, as you can get Mediterranean food and Mexican food from the same place. Bonus points for outstanding cocktails

Been going to Ramsis for a long time and have always enjoyed it, great diverse food and very easy to find something healthy which is a big plus!

Not sure what happened last night but it was the first time I had a bad experience there :( The chef personally apologized and did everything he could to make the experience better for us so that was very nice. Will still come back because that was not like Ramsi's!

So even with the one bad experience, 4 stars :)

The problem with Ramsi's is that it promises so much more than it delivers. The menu promises a culinary delight.

The outdoor atmosphere is nice. A definite plus.

The food was disappointing. $17 for three non-eventful pieces of deep fried fish on three corn tortillas does not deliver the culinary delight that the menu promised. Every time I go back here, I regret the decision.

Advice to the owners: you have an interesting place, but the food needs a revision. Edit the menu. Deliver the quality you promise.

A local treasure. Great food selection surrounded by an amazing collection of gorgeous artifacts. Just a wonderful place run by wonderful people. I always recommend Ramsi's to any friends visiting Louisville. This restaurant has been around a long time for a reason. It is truly a fantastic establishment.

They were nice, 9 September 2017, I moved seats three times. First time it was cold; went outside, was sat in the sun, as the earth 🌏 moved the sun ☀️ quickly became too much. I asked if we could move. She said we could; An so I moved to a location out of the sun. I wouldn't say service was bad, yet, I wouldn't say they couldn't been a little more friendlier.
The food was good I had the Caribbean Ribs with slice potatoes.
I have had better service here before. My overall experience was a fair with room for improvement. I took the service and made the best of it. I will return one. someday.

Wonderful and worldly cafe with a large eclectic menu. Open late. Nice patio. Nice interior. Lots of foreign decorations and menu items

A few friends and I had dinner here on a Monday evening, and were seated right away outside. The patio is beautiful - just separated enough from the road but still spacious and accessible. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. She was ready with great recommendations when asked, but without being overbearing. I had the new pomegranate margarita (I highly recommend it!) and the Mr. Krabb's Grouper, which was delicious. My friends were all similarly happy with their meals and drinks. The only small issue (and it is very minor) is that some of the prices online don't match the prices listed on the menu. However, the difference is small, and the food was worth the price.

Customer service was great. The staff was friendly and there was great conversation. They got the food out quickly and were attentive to your needs. Food was eh. Nothing special. I had high hopes because the menu was so interesting.
Both visits the meat was dry. The best aspects of the dishes were minor components like the sauce or bread. I paid too much money paid for okay food. I won't be going back.

Such an incredible experience, I've never been to a restaurant who cares so much for they're customers' satisfaction. Even with such a subtle mistake they go above and beyond to make sure you still enjoy your visit. The food is delicious and the meal portion sizes are huge. Good selection for vegetarian/vegan options as well. Friendliest staff I've ever encountered, will definitely be returning.

Dinner here is awesome. The menu seems to change somewhat often, but they really do offer unique dishes from around the world. Food is much better than average quality at a reasonable price. Sunday brunch buffet is the strong point for Ramsi's in my opinion. Huge selection of all sorts of amazing foods. Everything from Eggs Benedict to jerk chicken and chocolate cake.
