  I'm not sure where to begin. I absolutely LOVE Great American Cookie!!!! This location should be thoroughly cleaned!! I sooooo wish I had taken pictures of the front counter. There's black residue on the outside/inside bottom of the counter and near the cookie sheets. The shelves are full of cookie bags and debris from what appears to be from an accumulation of days passed. There is just a sheer level of neglect. On top of the uncleanliness there is no traffic control or line orderliness. People are just served as the attendants look up. It's such a disappointment to anticipate a well-loved treat in this location's sub-standard conditions. I even asked for the manager before I left. Since she/he was absent I relayed my concerns through an employee. She didn't seem phased by my dissatisfaction so nothing with probably change. I guess I will have to go to the Nestle I bypassed on my way to G.A.C to get their version of the Chocolate Chip Double Doozie. 😔

  Flies are flying around and crawling on the cookies. I told the female employee about it and said "ok, I'll take of it". The crazy part about it is that she tried to give my mother & I the cookies on the top of the pile where the fly was probably crawling at. I understand that the employees can't control that but still don't try to give me a cookie after I point out that there is a bug crawling and flying over it.that's disgusting! My mother accidentally ordered the wrong cookies. We swap the cookies, after the female employee gave us the correct cookies, we tried to give back the wrong cookies. She rudely told us that they could keep them cause wouldn't take it back, mind you that we just bought them and they were untouched! My mother and I could not comprehend it because she wouldn't take back the untouched cookies but wants to service customers bug infested cookieswhat sense does that make? We will not be coming back to this location for cookies ever again.

  If I could give 0 stars I would! Suspending an employee cause some they didn't get free cookies!? BECAUSE HE PAID FOR AN OFFICERS COOKIES AND THEY COULDN'T GET FREE COOKIES TOO! THAT'S DEPLORABLE! USED TO SPEND MONEY HERE AND I NEVER WILL AGAIN! I HOPE YOUR COMPANY GOES UNDER FOR THIS! GOOD RIDDANCE!

  Their ice cream is really good; but the service was mediocre, and paying over $8 for two small, single scoops (small scoops at that), kids ice creams, was an epic fail, in my opinion. How they figured these price points is absolutely beyond me. I know it's expensive to rent a space in the mall, bits not THAT expensive.
  
  All I can do is recommend that you get your kid's ice cream outside the mall instead of at this establishment.

  I was at Columbiana Mall yesterday and found Great American Cookie - next to Maggie Moo's Ice Cream. Purchased a small cookie - it was so good, I ordered big ones for a party this weekend. The staff nice and friendly.:)
